Resolving the Problem

(Y/N)'s POV

Holy shit was I pissed. I can't believe Michi would stoop this low. I didn't think she'd do something this selfish. Whatever. That doesn't matter now. What mattered now was getting Michi away from Laurance and the others. Thankfully, I carried a pocket knife around in my pocket. Just in case.

I pulled it out and opened the door. It flung open and I saw Michi standing there looking at me. She had a terrified expression splattered across her stupid face.

Good. Strike her petty ass.

I waited a moment before I did do that. I walked in, an angry expression across my face. I walked over to Michi and pinned her against the wall. She grunted. I held her wrists above her head so she couldn't do anything sneaky. Hopefully. "Listen here asshat. I don't think you have any business trying to interfere with my relationship. You can gladly walk the fuck out and never come back." I said. I pulled out my pocket knife and held it close to her.

"W-wait! B-before y-you do anything r-rash, maybe w-we can work s-something out?" Michi said, basically stuttering every other word. "It's too late for that now Michi." I tightened my grip on her wrists and on my knife.

I felt my body heating up and filling with anger the more I stared at Michi. Now, I know I have severe anger issues. Like, severe-severe. I could snap at any thing, any moment.

I snapped out of my thoughts to hear a clank. I looked down and saw a small vial on the ground. I'm guessing Michi had these stored in her pocket...waiting for the right time to use them.

Michi's POV

Mother of Irene. I was pretty much losing the circulation to my wrists, this bitch was holding them way to tight. I'm screwed. One of my vials fell out of my pocket and my plan is out. They're going to figure out what they were and then I'll be in more trouble.

I saw the bitch's head turn to face her dumb friends. "Zane...call the police. Cadenza, get Laurance's doctor." She said. They immediately nodded and went to do what they were told.

About 15 Minutes Later

(Y/N)'s POV

It's been about 15 minutes since Zane called the cops and Cadenza went to get Laurance's doctor. They came in and took Laurance out of the room to keep him safe. Which I'm glad about. The cops came in and took Zane, Cadenza, and Garroth for questioning since they witnessed the entire thing. Afterwards, they came back and took Michi away. I put my pocket knife away before they could ask questions about it.

Michi was screaming the entire time that she didn't do anything. After they took Michi away, the sheriff came towards me.

"(Y/N) Ro'maeve I presume?" He asked. "Yes sir." I replied, turning to face him. "Thank you for handling Michi. We'll make sure she gets the proper punishment for her actions. We're very sorry for what she did to your partner." He said, taking his hat off. "Thank you." I replied with a small smile. The sheriff nodded and put his hat back on, walking out of the room.

Zane, Cadenza, and Garroth came back into the room. "What was the sheriff talking to you about?" Cadenza asked. "Never mind that!" Zane interfered. He walked over to me and grabbed me by the shoulders shaking me slightly. "Are you hurt? Did she touch you? Do you have any of those potions your system?" Zane questioned. He was talking so fast I couldn't even open my mouth to answer one of the questions.

Garroth laid a hand on his shoulder and pulled him back, letting go of me. "Zane I'm fine. Nothing happened. I'm okay." I replied, hoping that answered all his questions. He sighed in relief and Cadenza rolled her eyes at him. I laughed a little.

"Where was Laurance moved?" I asked, after a moment of silence. "Oh! His nurse moved him to another room a couple down from here. She said since he's all worked up by what just happened he should get rest. We can come back tomorrow." Cadenza answered. I nodded in understandment.

The four of us eventually left the hospital to go get some food from a cafe nearby. It was starting to get a little dark when we left the hospital. Hopefully Laurance will do okay.

HEY GUYZ! MEL HERE AND I'M BACK! Yes I'm alive, no I'm not dead. Anyways, it's been WAY too long, but I think I'm gettin back into the loop of writing. Anyways, sorry for the long wait you guyz.
