Duck Dynasty Drama

I'm sorry but I've never seen the show duck dynasty and never will. I have nothing against them but at the same time I have nothing good to say about them. Ok. Maybe thats a lie.

I have one small thing to say against them. But I'll tell you that later. First I just kind of dont get the appeal of the show or the people on it but thats just me. So I have no interest in watching it. I mean I'm going by what other people say about it. Supposedly the show has many fans and people, like, love it. Idk I'm just not one of those people.

I'm not against people who watch it of like it tho. I don't even care. Watch whatever the hell you want it's your decision. I just don't watch the show and quite frankly don't want to.

So back to what I have against them. Just a small thing. Idk how long ago this was all I know is that it's still relevant: Their derogatory comments about the LGBT community. They hurt many people and offended lots. Including me. To re-state: I have nothing against anyone that watches the show. I barely have anything against the show or people on it. But yeah those comments just really bothered me.

It further bothered me when my friend who I thought was on the same page as me actually decided to defend the show instead of the LGBT community which she claims she's a party of. Idk I guess that more then anything unsettled me.

All I know is my whole stance with this is that: derogatory comments towards other are NEVER acceptable. Ever. No matter who makes them or who they are directed to. Same goes with hate.
