As the clock neared midnight,I began to get thirsty. Moving from my balcony, I tiptoes through the palace. Fluffy and warm, the carpet tickled my feet. I began to feel like a child again, wandering through the halls of my old house.

As I went downstairs, the corridor was eerily quiet. Looking around, I entered the kitchen and searched for a drink.

There was nothing.

I searched more, and found nothing. No food, no drinks, no people. It was almost as though the whole world was silent.

The candelabras around the room dimmed before going out from a phantom breeze.

"you wont escape, Y/N." an angelic voice sang.

"You are a puppet of the goddesses."

"nothing can save you from your fate."

I sharply sat up, in a cold sweat. Still night, and he still wasn't here. Wiping the sweat from my forehead, I laid back down and panted. Were they the goddesses?
