New Names and New Games

Blue strobe lights danced around the area, creating a mystical and fantasy type world. Pandemonium seemed to be the perfect name for a place like this.

Cara had a very fun time dancing. But everytime she looked to Dorian, he seemed to have some girl flirting with him. She watched him as some emo girl basiclaly ran her hand across his face. Kara felt somewhat outraged.

"Um, excuse me, if you don't mind backing off of my boyfriend," Cara said pointedley as she grabbed his hand. Dorian wasn't really her boyfriend but this girl didn't need to know that.

"No, not at all, Cherry," the girl said.

"Cherry?" Cara asked.

"I've heard of you Charlotte. Anyway, don't you think Cherry makes much more sense with your red hair, and your name, Charlotte, then Cara does. Cara makes me think of someone with a sandy hair color. Cherry makes me think of someone with your type of hair color."

Cara stared at the girl, dumbfounded. As she watched the girls hair sway behind her back. "That was wierd," she said casually to Dorian.

"Yeah..." Dorain was about to open his mouth to add more when suddenley, Cara's piano ring tone went off.

"I should get that," Cara said. She looked down to see that it was Clary calling.

"Yike, maybe I shouldn't," she said as she pressed ignore and then she added to Dorian "We should probaly start heading home soon."

"Yeah, besides I think tonight is a full moon so..." Dorian trailed off refusing to say so I will turn into a giant monster complete with fangs and fur.

But he didn't have too. She knew exactly what he meant. She frowned at him. "Dorain-"

"Save it. I can't listen to this anymore," Dorian said.

Cara opened her mouth, then shut it again. Then opened it but she was cut off by her phone. "Its my mom," she said as if that was reason enough. Which it was.

"Hello?" Cara answered. She was answered by static. "Hello?"

"Cara? Cara? Stay with Dorian and go to Simon, they're coming they're-" Cara could hear Clary quickly jump with a start. "Cara go and find Alec Lightwood and tell him that it was-" there was a loud bang on the door- "Tell her it was my brother. Go somewhere and stay safe Cara, Change your name, cut your hair, find Alec Lightwood , just go. Cara I love you!" Her mother rushed in. Cara could hear the phone be dropped and muffled voices.

Long time, no see little sister.

I'm not your sister!

Blood is blood. You cannot change your DNA.

There was a loud bang and cursing from the male voice.

Little Charlotte will pay for this!

You will never find her! Never.

Shut up.

Clary screamed and then the phone went dead.

"MOM! Mom!" Cara screamed for no reason.

Dorian wrapped his arms around her. "Shhh, shh, calm down now. Shhh its alright."

Cara took a moment to calm down. She let out a breath. "Please take me home to SImon." Cara said.

Short chapter I know, still working on it but I don't think that writing about them walking home and explaining everything that happened is something you guys want to read about, I much less want to write about. So that's this chapter and I am halfway done the next chapter.
