CHAPTER9

We started to walk to our destination. The whole why there, Aislynn kept asking if in need anything or if I was okay. 'No, I'm not OKAY! I'M IN PAIN!' I wanted to tell her, but I kept my cool, "I am fine, Aislynn."

After walking for an half hour, as humans, we all came to a halt. We heard high pitch screaming and long deep howls. A lot of the members of the pack jumped back. I didn't even budge. I herd scarier things than that at the cold stone stadium. "Welcome to the Council cavern, aka Hell." Cheyenne mumbled in a deep angry voice. Apparently she had a bad past here. A dark grey wolf came out of the cold misty fog.

"Black Willow Pack, what a surprise," he said in a deep low voice. I saw Kameron bow.

"Tatum, we have come to you with a problem," Kameron said given the wolf some respect. A puzzled face came upon the dark grey, white spotted wolf.

"Problem? What is the issue?"

Kameron continue, "There is a cruel pack amongst us. The Distant Worlds Pack members are abusing lone werewolves, like us. We brought one along that has been tortured. My Beta Female found her almost dead in the middle of forest last night. Her neck was broken, her right arm was broken, and her whole back is shredded. We need some serious help."

'Is not was,' I thought to myself. I never like being the main problem. I never liked being called a push over, or a drama queen. I loved to dance and have the main spot light in plays, but everyone called me a show off. So, I didn't try to bring any attention to myself, usually I pushed it to someone else, to enjoy. Everyone started to look at me. My whole body froze, I was in a position looking at my right arm, the one broken.

"Ma'am, may I speak with you about what has happened to you?" I looked at his chocolate brown eyes, and shook my head up and down. I started to explain what started to happen on December 17, tears started forming in my eyes. I wanted to run away so no one could see tears run down my face. I saw that Tatum was really shocked. I knew my experiences were more brutal than this place could ever be. He tried to shake the expression off his face. "Well, I definitely say something needs to be done. I can try my hardiest to get this taken care of, but the other Council members are down right stubborn. I can't promise anything," he spoke with sadness in his voice. I gave a sigh and went behind Aislynn.

"Are you sure you can't do nothing, now?" Aislynn said walking up to the grey wolf.

"I'm sure. The best thing I can do is suggest helpful ideas. All would include bloodshed," Aislynn growled at the answer. She looked at Cheyenne.

"We must do something!"

"Yes, but what?" Cheyenne asked while nodding. Their was a pause.

"We need to strengthen this pack, again. We can't get any of our old members back, but we can turn new ones. We just need to imprint on normal humans to change them into werewolves."

Cheyenne shook her head, "It can't be that easy, can it?"

Aislynn gave a nod, "It can be. We just need to do it, and fast!" I shivered at the idea of imprinting on someone. Taking someones normal life and adding more problems to their life's, I would know. Aislynn continued, "If it doesn't work, dare I say it... we will ask... the vampires," everyone gave a gasp. Werewolves didn't get along easily with other type of supernaturals, but I enjoyed spending time with them. See how they solved problems. I would rather choose to ask the other supernaturals for help, other than imprinting on someone.

Aislynn walked me home, we didn't say anything to each other on the way back. My mind was on the idea of imprinting.
