CHAPTER22

A New Begging

After I said my words, there was long silence. Once Aislynn spoke up, my heart began to tear. "I don't want you to be upset. But I need to tell the pack about you leaving, along with I need to tell Justice he is going to be a father," she spoke in a sadly manner. I was looking at the ground, then at her hand on her stomach. I gave a little sigh. I knew she was leaving, and I couldn't do anything to change it.

"I understand," I gave a breath before I looked into her eyes for the last time. This all happened to me way to many times.

"Jasmine, I am not doing this to hurt you," she said with worrying. I knew she thinks it's her fault, but it's just I had this happen way too many times. I nodded to her response.

"I know. I just..." I was cut of by Aislynn sigh.

"I understand, I really do," she tried to sound sympathetically. 'Aislynn, I wish you really knew. How many friends I had to let go.' She stood up, and looked around. It seemed she was trying to take mental pictures before she had to leave. Then I thought of a way to help her from the bullies at school.

"I don't think telling more than Justice, Cheyenne, Lou, and Cali would be a good idea. I think we should just try and make it seem like it doesn't exist," after I said those words, I felt bad. 'I think I hurt her,' my stomach hurt a lot. I looked at her face. She really took offense to what I said. Before I could apologize, Aislynn blew.

"I can't just act like I am not expectant. You can't expect me to act like nothing ever happened!" She was growling at me. 'Well, that's what you did when you were badly injured, and what dose 'expectant' mean?!' I wanted to yell back at her, but I didn't want to lose the friendship all together. After I calm my jets quickly. I shook my head and said,

"That's not what I'm saying. I am trying to tell you that if you tell more people, than you trust, bad stuff could happen. I would just lay low, like when you killed that Distant Worlds Pack wolf," I calmed her down a bit. But I still saw a little fame that can kill anything if given the chance.

"I will," her voice sounded raspy. I backed away, just to be a little safe. I didn't want to hurt my friend, or a mother. "I'm sorry," I saw her have some pity in her eyes. She gave a gesture to hug. I accepted it. I knew this was the last time I will see her, at lest in her youth. A tear rolled down my cheek. I looked up at the sun. It was almost 6 pm.

As much as hated it, "You should get going," I put on one of my many masks, to hide the pain.

"Please, come back with me," she gave me whimper.

"Aislynn, I'm not their biological child. I can't live with a bunch of vampires," I gave a week giggle. I heard her give a sigh.

"Will you please visit?" I saw eyes filled with hope. I knew I couldn't promise her anything anymore. I was most likely to break any promise.

"I will try. I don't want to lose this friendship we have going," I gave a shrug. I saw a little tear sparkle from Aislynn's right eye. 'I have to end this, before I change her future,' I stuck out my right hand to shake hers goodbye. Aislynn accepted it. "Fair well, my friend," my mask had no emotion on it.

"Please..." she started to sob. I shook my head.

"You have a life back there. I do not," with that she let go of my hand, and turned around. She transformed into the blonde wolf that saved my life a month ago. She looked back, then left. I went back over to the stole. Sobbing my heart out.

After what seemed like an hour, I felt my back being rubbed. I looked up to see brown haired Erica. "I haven't seen you this sad sense Eoin left. And that's saying something." I gave a light giggle.

"Well, they were both my best friends. Thanks for healing her. I really appreciate it." A light smile danced upon my face.

"No problem. You save her, more than I did. And you also saved all my tribe, from all of those monsters years ago. It's the lest I can do..." I cut her off with a hug.

"Thanks for being there in the past. Now, I need to go." I got up, getting ready to leave Fairy Meadow.

"If I may ask. Where to?" Erica tilled her head a little.

"To Mystical Lands. Where we originate from. I'm going through the underwater passage." I looked up at the sky. I knew it was open tonight.

"Well, fair well. Good luck! We will miss you plenty," she gave me a big smile, and I returned it with a bigger one. We both laughed, then I walked out of the gates.

"Well, goodbye Earth," with I turned and left to the Pacific Ocean.

-------------------------------------------

After running for about an hour, I made it to the beach. "HANNAH!" I called out, with my hands cuffed around my mouth. In a couple of minutes, I saw a big teal fishtail come out of the surface. A grin appeared on my face.

"Hi, Jazz-eo! What brings you here?" She asked while turning into a human, then walking onto land.

"I was wondering if you can take me to Mystical Lands."

"Yeah! I was headed there as well! Nice to know I won't be going alone."

"Cool! How's the family?" I asked her. I enjoyed her family. They always made fun of every subject. They are a bunch of clowns.

"Oh, them...well, lets say they sent me to go to a mermaid school. So I'm ticked. That's why I'm going. For school. How 'bout you?"

"Found out I'm adopted. And I'm an orphan now. And I'm on the run. So that basically some it up." I gave her a smile. She really didn't care that much. She the one to usually talks, when we were BFF's. She is a year older than me, and sometimes a snob. I sort of got used to being a punching bag for her problems. Her anger problems were vary high. So, I learned just to agree to everything see said.

"Well, we better get going. The portal is going to close in a hour." I grabbed her hand, when we dove into the icy blue. I had an air bubble around my head. It almost looked like a outer space helmet. Minus the wight and metal. We swam for about an half hour, before we saw the spinning rainbow portal. Once we went through the portal, the dark blue water turned into a bright light blue. It is daytime. I looked at the beautiful scenery. I'm ready for my new life in Mystical Lands!
