Super Mario- The Mole

Episode 2-2

"Everyone in the van!" Peach announced to her group.
"Where do we go again?" Toad asked.
"Dozing Sands. I'll drive!" Daisy exclaimed.

"Yay, motor controlled boat!" Bowser exclaimed.
"Let's go! We probably don't have much time anyways." Wario said.
"Uh oh... I think we weigh too much!!" Donkey Kong pointed out.
"Nope! We can do this!" Bowser motivated his group.

"Uhhhh... do you want to fly?" Mario asked his brother.
"Uhhhh... yeah, I guess.." Luigi said.

(!)"I did NOT know how to fly so good. But... I think I had the basics." Luigi said.

One hour later, a group finally made it to Dozing Sands- The direction group.
"Remember, we can sacrifice 5,000 coins for a 30 second phone call to Rosalina or Lakitu." Peach reminded the group.
"I say we do it." Daisy said.
"Yes, it will help us. Let's call Rosalina."

(!)"If the group succeeds in the test, they will now only earn 45,000 coins." Lakitu stated.

"Hello?! Rosalina?"
"Hi."
"We only have thirty seconds, so describe everything to us."
"Well, I'm at this fortress in Dozing Sands, right next to the Yoshi Lake. The fort has cannons, and-"
The phone hung up.
"Darn it, the phone call is up." Peach sighed.

Toad scribbled words in his journal. "It's okay, I have everything written here. Let's message the others and share information."

"Okay guys. Rosalina is in a fortress in Dozing Sands next to the Yoshi Lake. It has lots of cannons."

"Okay, thanks!" Mario said over the walkie-talkie.

At the helicopter...
Luigi quickly scoped the area and saw Yoshi Lake. "There it is!" He exclaimed, as he pointed to the fortress.
Luigi landed the helicopter on a dock near the fortress.
"Nice landing, brother!" Mario complimented.
"Thanks!" Luigi said, as the bros climbed out of the helicopter and ran towards the fortress.

"Uh," Bowser said. "Where are we going? Dozing Sands is that way!"
"Oh, right." Wario said, as he turned the boat around.

(!)"Even though that was just once, that seemed like a very suspicious moment for Wario. He might be the Mole." Bowser said in his confessional.

(30 Minutes later)
After numerous breaks, the bros finally made it to the fortress.
"Hello," Lakitu said. "Rosalina is behind this locked door." Just then, Mario and Luigi ran for the door. "BUT!"
Mario and Luigi froze.
"The entire group has to be here in order to succeed."

"Seriously?!" Mario was annoyed.
Luigi sighed.

"I'm not sure we have much time left." Peach said as she drove off.
"15 Minutes." Daisy said as she checked her watch.
"Let's hurry!!" Toad exclaimed.
Peach drove the car faster.

"There's the dock!" Bowser pointed out.
"Let's dock the boat!" Donkey Kong instructed.
As Wario docked the boat, Donkey Kong and Bowser climbed out.
The three members ran as fast as they could.

Meanwhile, at the fortress, Mario and Luigi were getting impatient.
"Oh come on!" Luigi angrily said. "Where are they?!"

"5 minutes left."

Just then, Mario spotted Wario, Bowser and Donkey Kong. The bros cheered, however they were still missing Peach, Daisy and Toad.

4 Minutes Later...

"There is 1 minute left."

"I really can't find it." Peach said as she looked around.
Daisy took the wheel. "Then why drive?"

"5..4...3...2...1.." Times up, test failed.

"It's over." Bowser sighed.
Mario threw his walkie-talkie on the ground. "45,000 Coins we could've earned."
5 minutes later, Peach, Daisy and Toad finally showed up. Lakitu explained that the test was failed, and unlocked the door, revealing Rosalina.

"You didn't make it." Rosalina quietly said. The group agreed in anger.

"Sorry, but you guys have failed this test." Lakitu sadly informed.

The competitors were annoyed at their first loss, but they accepted it. Everyone went back to the hotel for a good night sleep.
