I laid silently on my roof trying to calm myself down.My dad were furious with me.I got caught with Kelly today and now I was under house arrest.He didn't like him at all and I couldn't think of any reason why.He's the sweetest guy I know.He's honest with me and has never tried to hurt me.
Before we started dating,my dad loved him.Then when he saw him kiss me when he was bringing me home one day,everything changed.I'm old enough to have a boyfriend so I should be able to date someone without having to hide them from my own dad.
My phone vibrated in my back pocket.I took it out and saw I had a text message.
Kelly:I miss u.I'm so sorry 4 what happened
I smiled slightly and texted him back.
Me:I miss u 2 and don't blame yourself.It's not ur fault
Kelly:Well I'm still gonna fix this
Me:How?
Kelly:You'll see ;)
I really hope he's not gonna do what I think he's gonna do.Kelly sure had no trouble speaking his mind and I wasn't trying to separate him from my dad cause he started getting smart.
I started to get sleepy so I got off the roof and went into my room.I was about to change into my pajamas when I heard someone knocking on the door downstairs.It was pretty late and I wondered who it was.I walked halfway down the staircase and peeked through the railing to see who it was.
My dad went and opened the door and it was...
Oh shit!
"Hello sir."Kelly said.
"What the hell do you want?"my dad asked angrily.
"I wanted to come and talk to you about my relationship with Shabria."he answered politely."
"You are not allowed to date my daughter and that is final."my dad said.
He tried to slam the door but Kelly stopped it and pushed the door back open.
"Look,I know you don't like me being in a relationship with your daughter but what happened?"Kelly asked.
"I don't have to explain myself to you."my dad said annoyed.
"I know that but I'm just asking.You used to like me before I started dating Shabria."he reminded.
"I just don't want my baby getting hurt."Dad said and sighed.
"I see that but I have never and will never have any intentions of hurting her.I'd appreciate it if you'd let me continue to see your daughter."he said.
"You're a good kid Kelly.I'll give you a chance."my dad said with a grin.
"Thank you sir."Kelly said smiling.
I quickly ran downstairs and hugged Kelly.
"Well hello there."he said laughing and hugged me back.
"I love you Kelly."I whispered.
"I love you too."he whispered back.
I let go of him and hugged my dad.
"Thanks Daddy."I said.
"Anytime babydoll."he said and kissed my forehead.
I kissed Kelly on the cheek and said goodbye.I went back upstairs and changed into my pajamas and was about to go to sleep when I got a text.
I picked up my phone and read it.
Kelly:Told u I'd fix it :)
I giggled a little at his text.He really did fix everything.
