"I JUST WANT TO SEE DAD!!" Said Alex with little tears in the corner of his eyes as he ran to his room.

Noctis was away for a while, he said he should have been back but he still isn't....... you don't know what so say to your son so you kept making up excuses.

"Miss do you need help?" Said a maid trying to help you with your son.

"No thank you but this is something I have to do myself." You said in a gentle tone as she bowed and walked away.

As you went to your sons room as fast as possible as you could with heels on. The taps of your black heels resonates in the long hallways as you try to remember which door exactly is your sons room since they all look the same.

When you found it you knocked. "W-who is there?" You heard your son say. He must have cried poor boy. "It is me." You said on the other side of the door.

".........." Your son didn't say anything. "Alexis." You said using your sons name and not nickname (IT ISN'T A FUCKING GIRLS NAME.)

"I understand you want to see your dad but- before you could finish your sentence your son finished it for you "please have patience, that is what you wanted to say right?" Said your son.

You looked at the ground. You sat on the ground with your back leaning te door. You don't know why but you started to cry your (s/c) cheeks became wet. Was it because of the stress? Not being able to converse with your child? Or you just missed Noctis? It was probabbly all of these. "I am so sorry, I am a terrible mother I can't even make you happy. Alexis I want to see your father to so much I midd him to I am sorry I can't do anything." You said between tears letting everything out.

You heard the door clink and got off the floor and the door was opened. Ypur son got puffy eyes and hugged you. Ypu hugged back. "Mom I am so sorry, I lovr you I just miss dad I am sorry for making you cry." He said and apoligized and hugged you even tighter if possible.

You hugged back and comforted him. "Lets do something fun, lets go out to the city." You proposed as you wiped the tears of your sons cheeks.

"I would love to." Alex said with a big smile. Forgetting what just happend.

After a hour talking with the guards you convinced them to let you walk in the city with your son with just the two of you for a couple hours.

"Hey mom?" Asked Alex as he looked at the moon. "Yes?" You countered with another question. "What does the sun feel like?" He asked as he looked at you. As he was talking about the city where it was always dark.

"Hm I can't explain maybe if you are lucky for your birthday we might go to Tenebrae." You said and those couple of words made your son jump in glee since he hasn't been snywhere else expect for Insomnia of course.

"So where do you want to go?" You asked Alex as he held your hand. He didn't hestitate before saying "the arcade."

As you two arrived he went to tye same game Noctis used to play and from this day on still has the highest high score, your son has tried to beat it ever since.

After a couple of hours it became kste and you 2 went home again. "Today I will make your favorite food!" You told Alex.

Alex immeadtly became happy st his favorite and that his motger would make the food and the chefs.

When the time came ge had to sleep, you told him storys, he didn't want to sleep on his own so he slept with you in your bed.
