Chapter 1: Thinking 생각



Third Person


  "Baekhyun-ah!" Min Chi said to Baekhyun. But he didn't look at her. As if, he was thinking deeply about something. Curious about it, Min Chi snapped her fingers in front of Baekhyun's face, making him go back to reality. Min Chi laughed at his sudden reaction. He was so focused to his thoughts he always shout whenever someone interrupt him. For him, it was something that's disrespectful.


  Instead of asking her what happened, he ignored her as she laughed, close to tears. She noticed her new friend being angry and stopped laughing. She just stared at him, wondering if he's the kind of boy that's sensitive. After that is a long silence. Not an awkward silence but a thinking silence. She was thinking about him and he's thinking about her. Their thoughts are mutual. They are thinking about each other. (Well that rhymes.)


  Baekhyun glanced at her to find her staring at him. Surprised, she immediately look away. She didn't want her new friend to find her weird. Baekhyun chuckled and patted her head like he's her little sister. Just a little sister. He doesn't have any feelings for her. For him, there's no reason to have such feelings. To him, those feelings are just friendly feelings.


  The feeling is mutual. To Min Chi, all her life, she didn't have a man friend like Baekhyun. And even if there is, Baekhyun is different. Sure, he is popular and can make girls squeal but if you truly want him to be your friend he will treat you one. A special one, perhaps.


  Min Chi smiled at her thoughts. As well as Baekhyun. They just seat there with there backs leaned at each other looking at their opposite sides. For them, having a new friend is exciting. Even more exciting if you truly cared for each other.

  "Have you ever tried the flavor taro before? I want to try it!" I said as I imagined myself drinking that taro bubble tea I'm craving for. Baekhyun chuckled at my childish behavior. "I have tried it before." He said, making me interested. I turned my attention to him. His face doesn't show any emotion that'll make you think that he's lying. Honestly speaking, it's hard to read his expressions.


  "Okay, describe it then." I said challenging him. Well, that's a technique if you really want the truth. Challenge them.  He smirked. "Daebak!" He said coolly. I gave him my best poker face. He smirked at me, I rolled my eyes. "Baekhyun babo~♪. Baekhyun babo~♪. Baekhyun babo~♪." I sing-sang, teasing him.


  He didn't got pissed but instead he smirked. You can clearly see and feel that he's not listening to every word I said. Cruel. I hate people who aren't listening to me when I'm talking. To me it shows how disrespectful a person is.


  Earlier, we met in the hallway. He told me a lot of jokes and experiences about his life. He is quite funny. If you'll meet him, he'll only focus on you when you two are talking. He is a good listener too. When I told him about my saddest stories he'll pat my head like I'm a little child. After that we stayed silent. 


  I was really surprised when he came up to me and joined me. Oh! And let me tell you, he is really... really weird. A bipolar kind of person, rather. He was smiling like doofus. Babo. Baekhyun babo. But, it made me happy I guess. Because I was all alone until he came. And honestly, I'm thankful for it.


  We went to the bubble tea shop. I turned to him and found him staring at me. I cocked my eyebrow and tilted my head. Slightly confused, I patted his head. "Ya, Baekhyun-ah!" I paused snapping my fingers in front of him. 


  The reasons why I call him with an 'ah' and not 'oppa' because:


  1. It's weird. 


  2. Extremely awkward. 


  3. I want him to respect me first. 


  4. I wanna act like his noona. 


  5. Just for fun. 



  This is sooo invalid. 



  "Ya! No oppa? I'm older than you!" he commanded me. For a second I thought he was angry but no one can make this angry. I shook my head ignoring him. 


  I went to the counter as Baekhyun followed me. Once I was in front of the cashier, I saw her eyes sparkle at Baekhyun. I look at her confused. She was still staring at Baekhyun who was beside me looking up at the menu. I followed her gaze and I found her looking at Baekhyun who was now looking at me. I look at him and turned my attention again at the cashier who was still looking at him. Okay, what is going on? Is she interested in Baekhyun?


  I coughed as a sign to say my order. The girl immediately turned her attention to me. To us, I mean. She kept glancing at Baekhyun. "I want a Taro Bubble Tea." I paused looking up at the menu and then looking at Baekhyun if he's going to order. "Two of that please." He said looking at the cashier and making a 'V' sign. The girl smiled dreamily at Baekhyun whilst going to the hell I don't know.


  I look at Baekhyun with a playful smile. He looked at me but didn't respond. Instead, he stuck his tongue out unattractively. Seriously, he looks like a monkey.


  And one more thing...


  his chin is so long.


  HAHAHA.


  Okay time to be serious.


  "Pshhh... Babo" I said as I glared at him whilst doing the famous 'Park Shin Hye' pissed look. He smiled and patted my head and put his left arm around my shoulder, I immediately push it away. I'm really not used to boys touching me. Even if our hands are bumping to each other I'll immediately go away. It's not like I'm sassy or anything I just don't like what romantic boys do.


  "I'll look for a vacant seat." Baekhyun said as he patted my head again. I nodded and stand there waiting for our bubble tea. When I saw the cashier carrying our drinks I said "Uhmm... I'll get that, thank you." I said extending both of my hands so she can lend it to me. She look at me and acted like she never saw me before. 


  "Are you sure? This belongs to a boy-- Oh there he is!" she said as she spotted Baekhyun sitting on a comfy chair scrolling down his phone. Okaaaaay. Did she not recognize me? I guess she doesn't. Oh well, I just want to try the bubble tea anyways.


  I followed the cashier so she's in front of me. "Here are your orders, Sir." the cashier said as she took the bubble teas on her tray to the table. I sat on the other chair, I'm facing Baekhyun. He's still looking at his phone. I look at the cashier she was staring at Baekhyun whilst holding her tray. I smell something fishy.


  When Baekhyun realized the awkward silence he look up putting his phone inside my bag 'cause his bag is a mess and mine's clean. The girl was still there. Creepy, I know. "Uhhh..." I said as I look at her. She ignored me and kept staring at Baekhyun. 


  Seriously, if she wants to eat Baekhyun can she do it in a good way? And I should really stop thinking and leave them. I faced Baekhyun giving him a look that says 'I-should-go' whilst grabbing my backpack. His face was hilarious. "No! I told you I'm taking you home." he said. His eyes is full of begging. I look at him like his insane. He respond it with his eyes pointing at the cashier and mumbling something like 'leave me and I'll kill you.' Okay let me laugh inside my head. 


 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!


  I chuckled and put my backpack on my lap. The cashier left already 'cause her boss called her. I look at Baekhyun he was giving me a death glare. I glared at him with a funny look to make him laugh but... surprisingly, it didn't. Darn it! Here comes trouble...

  Halo! I'm sorry if I didn't update last saturday like I told you. I had a really tiring day because of my field trip so I went straight to my bed room and sleep. When I woke up my body hurts as well as my arms and legs. Tour guides be like "It's exercising your muscles" Me: -_- . So I finally updated 'cause we don't have classes. And Happy Chinese New Year! Luhan, Tao, Kris, Lay... Oh Lay. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!! 

  Dedication goes to chocoratepak because I really love her stories. BaekSoo!! I'll dedicate the next chapter to the best Luhan fan fic! I already know her.
