I woke up the next morning with a familiar small body tangled in my arms. Her breathing was soft and even, she had once again found her way to my bunk at around two a.m. She always managed to make her way to my bunk somehow, I really never minded at all. I loved Leila; I loved her like she was mine even though it was quite obvious she wasn’t. Craig says he brought her out here for me, I wonder if he knew how much that actually meant to me. Leila was the one person in the world who never judged me; she was funny and quite adorable. Gab always worried that she would get on my nerves but she never has before, I never minded Leila, not even when I first met Craig, she was only 6 months old then.  She took my mind off of things and made me feel needed, which is not something I felt, ever.

I was feeling extremely sick to my stomach at the moment, I looked at my phone to check the time and saw it was only 6 a.m. I huffed, taking some deep breaths to get the nauseous feeling to go away and laid my head down on my pillow and closing my eyes, trying to let sleep take over again. I was grateful when it finally did, but I wouldn’t sleep long at all.

I was woken up again by my curtain being pulled open slowly, and then a click, followed shortly by a flash. I crinkled my nose up and then opened my eyes and saw Craig standing there with a phone held in his hands and a smiled plastered on his face.

“Why does this happen? I’m always woken up by wanna be photographers.” I smiled at him and slowly untangled Leila from me and slipped out of the bunk, careful not to wake her up.

“Because, it’s so damn cute, you should feel flattered.” Craig smiled and I rolled my eyes. It was then that I felt the familiar feeling, that I’d felt early this morning. I knew it wasn’t going to go away this time; I pushed past Craig and ran to the bathroom slamming the door behind me before everything came up. I heard him knocking on the door and asking me if I was alright. I flushed it down, and brushed my teeth quickly before walking out of the bathroom to find a worried Craig.

“Are you okay?” He asked, brushing a piece of hair out of my face.

“Yeah, I’m fine.” I smiled at him, he didn’t seem convinced but he let it go.

My phone buzzed then, and I turned my attention away from Craig long enough to check the message.

it read;

Ronniee M’fin Radkee ;}D : Hey, Daniel(The head of my label)wants to meet you in an hour at this restaurant downtown called The Garden. P.S. He told me to tell you to call him Daniel. LLF! ;P

Me: Okay, So what should I wear? Does it matter?

Ronniee; Na, just wear something nice. It’s not a fancy restaurant but it’s always good to look your best.

Me: Alright. I got it, Thanks Ron. (:

Ronniee; You’re welcome, tell me how it goes. Okay?

Me: Okay.

“Shit, I have to get dressed.” I said to Craig, he raised an eyebrow at me in question and I told him about the head of Ronnie’s label wanting to meet with me in an hour.

“You’ll do great. Just be your normal lovable self and you’ll charm the pants right off of him.” He said and it was my turn to raise an eyebrow at him. “Okay, don’t literally charm his pants off. You only do that for me.” He winked and I laughed at him, before hitting him on the arm playfully.

I walked to my bunk and quietly took out the outfit that I was going to wear to go meet Daniel, along with my curling wand and make-up bag. Craig laughed at me as I rushed past him and into the bathroom; I flicked him off playfully and then shut the bathroom door behind me.
