I've seen Philippines several times in newspaper and magazines,
but this is the first time that I've been here and fortunately,
this is not a project-related trip.
"It's only March but the weather's so warm. Is it always like this?"
I'm not sure if Rina heard me
for she didn't answer as she
seriously scans the waiting area.
She told me that her husband will pick us
and since my trip was not carefully planned,
I will be staying in her house until we get back to Japan.
I wonder if I'll be able to see her
within a week of my stay here.
"Oh! There he is!"
Rina run towards a guy,
probably her husband,
and she tackles it with a hug.
She even kissed him despite of
all the people here in the airport.
As I get near them,
I clears my throat to get Rina's attention.
"Oh! I-I'm sorry, Masashi-san.
I got carried away. L
I so miss this husband of mine and my stepdaughter."
Stepdaughter? But I thought...
