In the quaint corner of my memory, there sits a piano; in the corner of the house of my youth, there sits a brown piano.
I still remember that time when that piano was much taller than me, that's when my longing for you began. My little fingers gliding over the keys, I only enjoyed your mere presence.
"I feel so nice, Mom!"
I didn't know your worth back then, I was too naive.
I still remember that time when I finally grew taller than you, and started to neglect you, the one I had longed for. As I glanced over your jade keys caked with dust, I still didn't decipher your worth. Your meaning. That you'll always be there with me, wherever I go.
"Don't go away like this," you say. Oh, don't you worry, for even if I go away, you'll do well on your own, my beloved.
I know you put a pause to our relationship at some point, but don't you be sorry, for whatever form I am in, you will see me again.
Let's meet at the exact memory once again, with a smile.
I still remember that time, around my teen years, when I saw you again. I had forgotten about you. My awkward caresses didn't bother you, though. You still accepted me wholly. The dawn passed and we welcomed the morning with a new heart.
Don't you dare leave my hand, for I'll never leave your side.
I still remember that time, at the end of teen, I set you aflame; I saw nothing beyond my own nose. Crying and laughing together, those moments spent alone, they're memories now.
My smashed shoulder clutched in my hands, I remember telling you that I couldn't do it anymore, I wanted to give up. Every time I said that, you were always there by me, cheering me on, the one who had fallen into the pits of hopelessness, to work more.
You told me that I was capable of doing it.
So, don't let go now, for I won't abandon you for the second time. You've made my life worthwhile, oh my dear brown piano, perched in the corner of my memory.
A/N: Suga that's so sweet you'll make me cry TT Anyways, comment and vote if you liked it! More will come up soon :D
