Lana passed the ball to me as I ran towards our opponents' goal, I hurled the ball toward their goal scoring for the fifth time in a row. I was on fire but, we also were playing a terrible team.

"Hell yeah Tass!" Erin screamed running towards me. She wrapped her arm around me whispering into my ear.

"I would rather kill myself than play another minute."

I laughed as we ran to the middle of the field, only to start this over again.

The referee blew his whistle making Eva charge at the ball. Eva these last few weeks had become an amazing soccer player and I wouldn't be surprised if she played in college. Eva passed the ball to me. I gracefully weaved through the players from Edgewood.

Suddenly, I fell to the cold grass. My breath began to quicken up. I was so confused. Was I pushed or did my knee give out? The field and the bleachers became quiet, I felt as if a million eyes were watching me.

"Tass!" Erin shouted, sprinting over to me. I looked over to the empty bleachers as Harry stood next to the fence looking like he had seen a ghost. Erin using all of her might quickly helped me up. Everyone in the bleachers and on the field began to cheer as I limped over to Coach Ana Hefley and Whitney.

"Tulsa? Are you okay? Coach Hefley questioned as I nodded. "I'm good! My knee just gave out I think but, I can go back in." I stated and she chuckled.

"I'll put you back in, in a little bit! Just relax Tass the game is almost over." Coach Ana Hefley laughed as I sat down by Whitney who sighed looking extremely relieved.

"You know I was really scared that you were really hurt Tass!" Whitney stated and I nodded. "Whitney don't worry about me! It is probably just a one-time thing!" I announced making her nod in agreement. Whitney and I sat in silence for a few minutes just watching Coach Hefley and Delilah pace around.

"Tulsa? Are you ready to go back in?" Coach Hefley questioned making me quickly get up. "I was born ready!" I smiled making her smirk as she still paced around.

"Get Taylor she's playing pretty terrible!" Delilah exclaimed as Coach Hefley nodded in agreement. I ran onto the field motioning over Taylor, she looked pretty upset. She had let the Edgewood Cougars score on us, they hadn't scored on us since '04. I still felt as if Coach Hefley and Delilah were overreacting though we were still beating them by 10.

Erin passed to Lana as us three ran to the other side of the field, Lana passed to me and I passed to Erin as she scored, the whole crowd roared as I realized it was the end of the game.

"Hell yeah Erin!" someone from the crowd shouted. I turned around seeing Luke sitting on the fence that was separating us and the bleachers, he waved as I looked at Erin who was red as a tomato and giggling like a school-girl.

Lana ran over to me nudging me gently. "Hey what was that?" Lana question as I looked at her in confusion. "What was what?" I asked making her shake her head and laugh. "Erin and Luke, I know you saw that!" She whispered making me shrug my shoulders.

"Dude I don't know." I sighed as we both walked over to our opponents telling them 'good game.'

After, we high-fived the losing team Coach Ana Hefley gave her ritual speech. It usually entailed how well Lana, Erin and I played and how we could possibly go to the State Championship if we continued to play this good. The State Championship was less than two months away and just thinking about it made my heart flutter.

"Erin? Can you do the honors?' Coach Hefley questioned making Erin run over to the grey haired Coach putting her hand out happily.

"Lions on me, lions on three!" Erin screamed
