"Are you sure this is going to go as planned?" I ask Jake for probably a thousandth time.

"YES TANNER! Now stop it and go according to the plan" Jake says, getting a little annoyed.

You're probably wondering what 'plan' this is. Well, it's actually a gold digger prank. I've seen a lot of videos of it on YouTube and EVERYONE. literally everyone tells me to do this prank on Alaska, they're still doubtful about Alaska being my girlfriend after 3 months. Jake was the one that came up with it.

A few days ago, we met up with this guy named Alex, he's gonna be the super rich guy in this prank and we'll try to see whether Alaska will take the bait. Even though deep down I know that she's a loyal girlfriend and she will never do that (I sure hope she doesn't)

And as of now, I'm standing behind a tree in a park with Jake, pretending to 'go to the bathroom' while Alaska is there waiting for me.

* Alaska *

Today is date day with Tanner. He told me he was going to bring me to a park, you know, just to walk around, enjoy nature.

"Shoot, I think I need to go. I can't hold it any longer"

"Then go. Don't hold it, it's bad for your bladder." I say to him as I sit down on a park bench nearby as he goes to do his business.

It's been about 5 minutes. Where the heck is Tanner. I'm looking through my Twitter feed when suddenly out of nowhere, a guy comes up to me.

"Hi"

"Hi.." I say, smiling at the guy. He's wearing thick glasses, checkered shirt, skinny jeans and carrying  a backpack.

"My name's Alex" he holds out his hand for me to shake. I shook it.

"My name's Alaska"

"Hm.. Alaska, what a pretty name. I bet your phone number is prettier." His smile widens.

Okay? This guy is definitely flirting.

"Um, no."

"What do you mean no? Why can't a pretty girl like you hang out with me?"

"I would give you my phone number if I actually wanted. But right now, I feel like you're a pedophile, just saying. So yeah, no"

"Okay look. How about this.." He puts his backpack in front of me and opens it. There, a bag of money, loaded.

"How about what?"

He eyes the money inside.

"You hang out with me, the cash is yours"

"I have a boyfriend. And I think you should be careful with the money, you wouldn't want people to steal it from you, I mean it could be your life savings."

"Why wouldn't you go out with me? Besides I'm hella rich"

"Because I have a boyfriend. Besides, I wouldn't wanna just 'go out' with you, not just because you're rich. I look at personality wise."

"Hm. Alright. Bye."

"One more thing. If you want girls to go out with you, lose the cockiness"

With that he walks away.

"Hey who was that?" Tanner says, coming out of nowhere, he's smiling until his teeth are showing.

"Oh just some guy trying to flirt with me but I told him I have a boyf-" before I can even finish my sentence, Tanner grabs my by the waist and lifts me up.

"I love you" he says happily.

"Okay. I love you Tanner" I say, feeling ticklish from him grabbing my waist and pulling me into a big hug.

"What's gotten into you?" I ask

"Nothing. I'm just really happy"

I see Jake coming out of nowhere, scratching his head.

"JAKE, you're here!!" I semi-yell at him.

"Oh hi there I didn't see you guys there, I hope you guys are having a great day, great weather today don't you think? Okay bye I gotta go" he seems like he's in a rush. Oh probably to a meeting.

"THATS RIGHT JAKE! You're wrongggg!" Smirking at Jake as Jake gives him a weird face and walks off.

"What why? What did I miss?"

"Oh it's just a bet that we had" he says, still smiling. He grabs both of my hands and rests his forehead on mine.

"It's you and me"

"Against the world"
