"You are?" Hawkclaw mewed, jumping up.

Feathercloud tried to push out a purr, but sadness still gripped her heart. She got up and stood beside the dark golden tom, pressing up against him. She looked up into his dark blue eyes. "But I wanted to be back home when this happened."

Hawkclaw nuzzled his mate. "You are home," He meowed. "WindClan is our home."

"Do you think we'll actually ever go back?" The small she-cat asked. She was tired of always trying to convince herself that they would return back to the mountains. No one knew the truth.

Hawkclaw ran his tongue over Feathercloud's head. "I don't know." He meowed. "But we have family here. Nightpatch, Volefoot, actually," He glanced up at the moor ahead of them. "All of WindClan is our family." He meowed. "We'll never be alone."

"I only know Mountain and Lion are watching us." Feathercloud mewed.

"Don't forget StarClan." Hawkclaw meowed. "They're always watching, now that we're here in the clans."

Feathercloud shrugged. "All I want is to be back in the Tribe of Rushing Water, and have the Tribe of Endless Hunting watching over us." She sighed, looking down at her paws. "But this is where we have to be. It's what we have to do."

"Let's go back to camp," Hawkclaw meowed. "Tell Lilystar we should be heading out soon, to ShadowClan, ThunderClan, and back to WindClan."

The small tabby she-cat looked up, nodding. "Our home."

"Yes." Hawkclaw meowed, running his tail along his mates back as he stood up. "Come on," He murmured, helping Feathercloud up. "Let's go."

The small she-cat followed the dark golden tom back to RiverClan territory, where they were greeted by the leader.

"There you are," The yellow tabby she-cat mewed, bounding up to Featherclaw and Hawkclaw as they stepped through the entrance. "ShadowClan has come to bring you to their camp." The RiverClan leader glanced behind her, pointing to three unknown warriors sitting by the tall ledge, with Reedclaw.

"O-oh." Feathercloud mewed, glancing around camp, looking for the familiar black tabby pelt.

"Over here!"

The small tabby she-cat turned to see Ravenpaw tearing off a chunk of fish, sharing the prey with Stormpaw.

Ravenpaw has been making so many friends in all the Clans... Feathercloud thought to herself. It'll tear me apart to have him say goodbye to all of them if we leave. ...Or will he even not want to leave?

Shaking the thought away, the small she-cat dipped her head to the RiverClan leader, and padded over to Ravenpaw with Hawkclaw by her side.

Reaching the young tom, she sat down, eyeing the big silver fish.

"Its actually good!" Ravenpaw mewed. "It's salmon. Stormpaw said you can only find them by the river leading to the waterfall."

Hawkclaw nodded. "That's good to know, then." He meowed, glancing at Feathercloud.

The she-cat flicked her tail towards the waiting ShadowClan cats.

"I think we should be leaving soon." The dark golden tom meowed, running his tail along Feathercloud's spine. "We still have to go to ShadowClan and ThunderClan, then WindClan is still waiting for us."

The black tabby tom nodded and git up, his amber eyes clouding with sadness as he realized he had to say goodbye to his friends.

"Aww!" Stormpaw mewed, standing up, and pressing his nose against Ravenpaw's. "I hope I'll see you again," He meowed.
