After we had calmed down, which had taken over fifteen minutes, Liam drove us towards where he was taking me. Both of us had to calm down, as we had both been crying pretty heavily. Me for my mixed up hormones, guilt and the fact that Liam was crying. But, Liam was crying because he found out the baby or I might end up dead when I gave birth.

The situation was looking pretty bleak.

Liam was trying to make me feel better about the whole thing, but I knew he was really upset. He was extremely upset to find out that the person he had been falling in love with and his baby may not make it. But, the whole thing was my fault, I hadn't told him what was going on.

He had just pulled me really close and said everything was going to be alright, but I knew he was lying just to make me feel better. Nothing would be the same after I gave birth, I knew that. If everything went well, we would have a new baby to look after and Liam would be going on tour.

But, we were trying to take a better look on the whole situation. Liam and I were going to be at his family's reunion and meet everyone that mattered to him. He and I were going to be having a great rest of the day, even if the first part of it was ruined. He assured me that we would be having a good day.

I guess I deserved at least a small chance at one after everything that had gone down at the beginning of it. There was a few things that Liam had tried to tell me, trying to make me feel better about the whole situation, but but it didn't really work. He was still going to be mad at me whether I liked it or not.

And I didn't.

"We're here." He whispered to me. When he saw that I wasn't really moving, he put a hand on my leg and tried to gain my attention, which worked. I looked up at him with yet another apologetic look. "We can wait for a few seconds, of you need it."

I shook my head. "Sorry." I told him. "We can go in now."

"You don't have to." He made me feel calmer, less sad, by rubbing me knee. "We could sit here all day."

"I'll start crying again." I told him sternly. "If we don't go out there, there's nothing stopping me from doing just that."

When he looked at me, I knew he was thinking of something. Something was brewing in his mind and I wasn't sure if it was good or bad. But, when he smiled, I knew it was a good thing, or it was meant to be. He always had that look when he had a 'good' idea. Sometimes, they didn't work out that great.

"Liam." I smiled despite how I had been seconds before.

His grew wider.

My smile was burning my cheeks. "What are you planning?" I asked.

He rolled his eyes, his smile still in place. "I know you're going to have a great time today. My family is going to love you."

"You really think so?" I asked as a blush grew on my cheeks.

"If they have any sort of reasoning, they'll love you." He said. "The boys loved you after they got to know you. Louis and Harry trusted you enough to tell you a secret after a week of knowing you. I know you're really worried about what they might think of you, but you've passed the first round of testing."

I blushed deeper. "Thank you for that little speech."

"It's true." He grinned. "Are you ready to get out of the car?"

Nodding, I gave him a reassuring smile. "I really want to meet your family. If they're anything like you, they're going to be great."

He hopped out the side of the car, running over to my side like the gentlemen and opening the door for me. As it was hard for me to walk, he was with me the entire time, making sure I didn't fall. It was pretty sweet, something he had been doing almost every time we went out to keep me safe. I was really glad he was so nice about everything, extra nice now that he knew about the possibilities.
