Tyler awoke to the feel of Josh's body pressed up against his back. Josh was lightly kissing Tyler's neck, what a beautiful way to wake up.
"Tyler," Josh whispered, "where's the bathroom?"
Tyler chuckled. "Its down the hall, first door on the left."
"Thank you."
Tyler stretched as Josh got out of bed. The draft created by the sheets tickled Tyler's warm body which made him shiver a little. The door creaked open as Josh tiptoed to the bathroom. The sound of Josh's soft foot steps became fainter. Tyler smiled to himself and then snuggled back under the warm covers. In a couple of seconds he drifted back into his dreams.
~~~
The smell of pancakes and syrup filled Tyler's lungs causing him to wake up.
"Good morning sleepyhead," Josh smiled.
He seemed to have made both him and Tyler a few pancakes. Not just that; he had a showered, went to the store and bought the pancakes and syrup, and helped himself to one of Tyler's shirts, of course wearing his own boxer shorts. Wow, he is boyfriend material!
Tyler yawned and looked at Josh. "Holy frick, how long was I out for?"
"Meh, a couple of hours. I thought we should have breakfast in bed so I bought some stuff." Josh beamed at Tyler. His smile was the most cutest thing Tyler has ever seen.
They both ate the pancakes delightfully whilst chatting and laughing. When the pancakes had gone they shared the syrup between them, being silly with it and getting it all on Tyler's sheets.
"Maybe this wasn't such a good idea." Tyler gasped whilst laughing. "How did we manage to get it in each other's hair?" Tyler giggled.
"Tyler, I only just showered."
"Oh well, looks like you're going to have to shower again."
"Maybe we should shower together to save water." Josh smirked.
Tyler chuckled, "that would waste more water than if we showered separately."
Josh gave him the 'puppy dog' face, bur Tyler kept a stern face.
"Fine, but only if I can go first." Before Tyler could object Josh had already ran to the bathroom and got the water running. He smiled to himself on how cute Josh was, but will shortly be destroyed. Tyler's phone buzzed.Unknown: You better watch out Tyler, don't fall too much in love as he'll just move on and find someone else. He'll leave your little heart, broken, and all of this was just a waste of time and emotion.
Deep down Tyler knew this wasn't right, but the text kept racing through his mind. What if he is right? What if all of this was just Josh playing with his emotions? What if when he breaks his heart he'll tell everyone and laugh? Tyler couldn't think straight. Another text came through:
Unknown: Hurry. You better break up with him before he breaks up with you.A lump formed in his throat. Just as he was feeling happy again, his world came crashing down.
"Tyler," Josh's voice came as he entered the bedroom, "I left the water running for you. Are you ok?" He asked concerned.
Tyler put on a fake smile. "Yeah I'm fine, thanks." Tyler got up, picked up his phone and got a towel from his draw and headed to the bathroom. He stepped in the shower and sobbed quietly.
