There was something odd about the mysterious figure as I tried to fight him off, but he pinned me against the ground and I could finally see. There was dark bluenette hair leaking out from underneath his hood.

"I told you I'd fight you fair." He smirked "but unfortunately it's just not a fair fight. I'd totally beat you"

"As if!" I pushed him off me, rolling him into the stream. He laughed, laying there in the water. That was until Hikari leaned over him so he could get a better view of her displeased face.

"H..Hi Hikari. Good to see you out here." He grinned.

"Storm...WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? I COULD HAVE BLASTED YOUR HEAD OFF!"

"But you didn't which is what makes you such a great friend Hikari."

"NO, no I don't think you understand. This has nothing to do with friendship. WE ARE AT WAR! Our families are out there fighting evil and we are out here in the forest, most likely being followed by our enemies. YOU jumped out of a tree onto a friend, a guild mate, family and WE did not know who you were! If it hadn't been for my fear of hitting Luna I would have blasted your head off! Your carelessness almost cost you your life!" We sat there in silence for a long time before Storm spoke up.

"It wasn't carelessness, I have people to protect too. I didn't know who you guys were. I heard someone coming and told the boys to hide. We would have remained hidden but you two were suspicious and if you were the enemy I'd rather they only find me." The anger in Hikari's face began to fade.

"You have all the boys?" I spit out. "You have Kaen?"

Storm nodded. "Come on out boys, everything's ok!" Surely enough, the other boys hopped out of the trees.

"Kaen!" I ran up to him and embraced him. "I was so worried, are you ok?" I pushed him away at arms length checking him for cuts and bruises and began to realize I was becoming my mother.

"I'm fine," He said. He looked at me with this kind of embarrassed look which turned into a loving one. "I was worried about you guys too"

"Kaen!"

Kaen and I both turned our heads to see Layla running at Kaen, with the biggest smile. She crashed into his arms with large tears streaming down her face.

"Hey kid, there's no need to cry." Kaen looked down at her with sincere eyes. I stood there looking at them in happiness before I saw that Storm had wandered down to the creek. I walked up behind him slowly and placed my hand on his shoulder.

"She'll be alright. Layla has been working with her from the moment we all found one another. I'm only sorry I couldn't stop her from getting hurt in the first place."

"What happened?"

"She fought someone in the guild stronger than anyone we've ever faced. She was brave. Even after remaining unconscious for a couple days her first seconds awake she spent protecting us. You should be proud."

"Can I...?" He stuttered.

"See her? Of course." We walked over to the creek and knelt down in the water. Sylvia smiled and reached for her brother's hand. "Don't worry Rose, we've got her. Why don't you go catch up with boys." Rose nodded and smiled. As she stood up I took her place. Sylvia's back and head rested on my bent legs, while Storm sat by her side. She already looked so much better. I looked over at Rin he smiled as he saw Rose coming his way. They hugged, but I could see it in his face, as much as he cared for Rose he needed to see his sister. Rose sent him in our direction and he took his place on the other side of Sylvia. He took hand and smiled.

"You both look so sad. I'm fine, you're fine, and I'm sure mom and dad are fine too. There's no reason to be sad." She smiled at them, gripping their hands tighter. She was right, there was no reason to be sad. After all we had found each other. We didn't know where our parents were but there was no reason to worry because they were together. The only one of us who had a real right was Hikari and she stood stone faced by a tree, seemingly content, but it was my belief we'd be okay. Hikari would see her mother again and I'd see mine. It would all turn out alright because we were united. For once there would be no outbreaks and we would work together. We would rebuild the guild and start anew once we got everyone back, but there were some things we needed to know first. Like who attacked our guild and why. But most importantly how we were going to get them back for what they did.
