It's been a couple months since then and baby Jam has been growing up a bit, Marco says he's looking a lot like Jackie and little bit of him which I find funny "Good morning star, it's weird seeing you here eating breakfast with us? Is everything okay with Marco?" I nod as I continue eating

"Yeah, Marco is away with Jackie and James for an appointment and with her family..I didn't want to be there so I decided to stay here" mother kissed my head and hugged me "Alright..your birthday is coming up, anything you want?" Being able to see? Is that an option? "Being able to see?"

"Star..you know we can't?" I rolled my eyes "I was kidding..I don't care really" I said hoping to save this awkward conversation "Alright, please use Lily today" I nod and she left, I missed Destiny she left a couple months ago, I actually cried because she was the only one who knew what was really going on,

I could never tell my parents the truth, I don't want to hurt their feelings "Hello darling, your birthday is coming up anything you want?" I shrugged and stopped eating "I always ask but I know it's impossible so I rather not ask for anything" I stood up and heard my dad sigh

"Darling if I had the best doctors in the world I would do a procedure for you to be able to see" I sigh "I don't care, excuse me" I left calling Lilly and I felt her and I held her rail and we walked down the road from my house, I would kill to see but I know that a risky job to do,

and I wouldn't want anything worse to happen "But for once I'll like the risk" as we continued on our little walk I heard someone calling me as I stop Lily started walking to a direction, as long it doesn't kill me I'll be fine

"Hello Star, you look pretty today" I smiled and realized it was Angie "Morning Mrs. Diaz how are you this morning?" She giggles and hugs me "I'm fine and just call me angie, come and chat with me a bit" I nodded and we sat on her porch swing

"So, anything new?" I shrug "Well, my birthday is coming up..and my parents want to know what I want, to be completely honest I want to be able to see" I felt her hand in mine "Sweetie, I bet you've been wishing for that for so long now" I nodded

"Every birthday I do, but I know it won't happen..there's No doctor doing the procedure without hurting me in the process" angie hum a bit and I felt her hand on my face "What if I told you, I am a certified doctor to do a procedure like yours" a smile was plastered in my face and I was in shock

"Wait? Are you for real? This isn't a dream?" I felt her hold my hands tight "No sweetie, I'm being serious..with a donor I could do an eye replacement..but I would need your parents information and to be able to talk to them"

I stood up "Come on! Let's tell them now!" I pulled her with Lily guiding me home and I was just super excited for this to happen "Mom! Dad!?" As I waited I heard footsteps "Star? Why are to screaming, morning Angela how are you?"

"Well, how about you?" "Good, Star what's with the yelling?" "Angie is a trained doctor to do the procedure on my eyes so I can see!" I grabbed my mother's hands hoping she'll approve

"Moon, I wanted to speak with you first and your husband before doing anything with star" mom left my hands and walked outside to talk, I stayed put waiting and praying she'll say yes as I sat in the living room i heard someone walking on

"Star" mother's voice spoke and I stood up "Yes?" It was silent for a bit "We spent a good amount of time talking and well.." she looked hesitant to even speak "Well? Are we doing it?" She stayed silent "We'll think about it okay, I'm going to wait for your father to come and discuss this" I groan a bit

"That's not fair! I'm 20 years old, I can do What I want! I'm not a little girl anymore mother..I want to be able to see color and shapes and be able to see you..and father so I can really understand why I take after your appearance" I was in tears "Star..we care a lot about you dear, we don't want something to go wrong! I don't want to lose my little girl.."

the room fell silent and I could hear my mother sniffle a bit "Your not going to lose me..I promise" I walked towards her and wrapped my arms around her, she held tight and kissed my head "Okay.."

A/n kinda short I know but I'll write more in the next part! Also I went in for my surgery and I'm okay, my toe that they did work on was good so I'm on the road of recovery! Thanks for people who was supporting me and praying for me it means a lot..
