hello, my beautiful and lovely readers. it's ya girl maddie, here and alive as ever. it's been a lot of months, i know, and i'd like to start this with talking about how sorry i am that i haven't been updating.
it's a stupid excuse, but school really has been difficult recently, and i just haven't really figured out what to write. over my long break, i did have a realization, though. i'm very bad at planning my stories. i get a super great idea, and then it turns out badly because i don't plan them correctly. because of this, i have been working on that issue and i think i'm very prepared to continue my writing even better for all of you.
that being said, i would like you guys to decide what's going to happen next. i have a new story all planned out chapter by chapter, of which i'm very excited about. it's based on lemonade by beyoncé, one of my favorite albums ever. (if you haven't heard it, i highly suggest you give it a listen.) each song on the album introduces and discusses every emotion a woman feels when she's been cheated on. it's truly incredibly well done, and i'm very excited to say i'm going to be writing an eleven chapter raura story based on it all. i believe it's going to turn out great.
as for captive, i'm going to be putting it on hold until i feel better prepared to write and complete it.
unfortunately, the bad boy stole my diary is probably one of my least favorite stories i've done. but, it only has about two chapters left. so, if you guys would prefer me to finish that first, i will. it's all up to you.
so, again, i am very sorry for being so inactive. i promise, that is changing now and i am excited to share my new and improved story ideas with you all.
