Icky Hogoslob liked to spend his time sloshing things around his tongue. He said it was the best thing to do, ever, so he would slosh around his tongue deliciously: sausages in fat; macaroni with beef, anything that would slosh.
Meanwhile, Sergei Ivanovich stood in his office, on tiptoe, squinting again. He was a fervent fan of tiptoeing, and when he'd tiptoe, he'd squint, which was a mystical technique to get in touch with Nancy and Sluggo. On his third squint, the vision of Nancy appeared in his mind, smiling. He'd reached the early phases of Tiptoe Ecstasy®!
