The movie unfolds in three loosely connected chapters, all set in Livingston, the capital of Tiptoeland. It's a tiptoe of a movie, but it's as elegant and graceful as the vast populace of Tiptoeland perform a beautiful synchronized tiptoe ballet, in honor of a visit from Bossy the Cow, the current ruler of Bovinia.
