I never knew that Ash was ashamed of his past cut marks, I knew he had them because cut scars never go away. I still see them on Cal's arms and even his stomach but I knew that Cal was more open than Ash was ever. Cal didn't seem ashamed of them. All of the gang decided to take a tour of California. Mike wanted to go to LA and I wanted to go see San Francisco and Ashton wanted to see San Diego. We decided to go to LA first since it was the closest to the house. I always hated long car rides. I held Ash's hands while Mike held onto Cal's hands. Mike had this huge smile on his face and I knew that Mike wasn't the same boy that he was in freshman year of high school. He was different but good kind of different. Sarah was now gone so it was up to us to figure our way around the state. It was like a sort of an adventure. Mike was driving the car while me and Ash sat in the back. "I love you" Ash whispered in my ears and I looked down at my hands which I still had a promise ring on my finger. The radio was playing some Green day and Mike was singing along and I still found myself amaze over the talent Mike had with his voice. "Mike you are amazing" Ash said to Mike and Mike just smiled at me. We finally entered LA and we looked outside of the window with amazement. It was a hollywood sign and Mike parked the car and we got out. We saw the walk of fame. I nudged Mike. "That's going to be you in the future" I winked at Mike. LA was the perfect town for gay couples to go to I feel like. California is more open than I thought it would be.  We was walking around and no one even said any rude comments concerning our sexual orientation which shocked me. Even some people said we were all cute together. Mike took us to place called the grove which was a shopping mall. It was expensive too expensive for Ash so Ash found himself not buying anything. I offered to pay for his stuff but like I said Ash is one of the most stubborn person I had ever met. He didn't want to depend on other people for money and I had to give it up for Ash for being this way. The way Ash was brought up made him more humble and he was pretty much good at saving his money too. He knew the difference between needs and wants. "Are you sure you don't want anything" I asked Ash once more. "Luke, I am fine" Ash said to me and I nodded my head at him. Mike came out of the dressing room and he looked like a rocker with his hair being dyed to galaxy and his skinny jeans and a tee. 

"Wow, Mike you really want to be considered a rocker" Ash commented out loud and he had a smile on his face.  Mike did not just buy one thing, he brought basically the whole store out and he even brought me and Cal's stuff too despite me and Cal opposing but the one thing Mike did was buy something for Ash without him even knowing. Mike was practically sneaky when it comes to surprise. Mike was holding Cal's and his bags  and Ash carried my own bags. "So, I'm guessing you love to shop" I commented to mike and Mike just gave me a sly smile and we walked into the house after being out for so long and as soon as we opened the door. I saw Ryan and Marcel there. I looked at Mike. "I thought you might want your friend here with you" Mike shrugged his shoulders and I gave Ryan a hug tight. "Oh, I see how it is Ash" I heard a female voice and there stood Perrie with a sly smile on her face. Ash's eyes went wide and a huge smile popped on his face. Ash hugged her tight. "Surprise" Perrie told him and Ash shook his head before hugging Mike tight too. Ryan and I was in the room, I shared with Ash. We were on my bed. "How did you convince your parents to let you come" I asked Ryan and Ryan shrugged his shoulders. "I just didn't tell them and plus Marcel is here so therefor they let me go" Ryan informed me and I shook my head at him. "Mike thought it would be good for us to be here" Ryan stated to me and that's when Ash came bursting through the door and threw something down on the bed. "Ash" I said to him but Ash kept pacing back and forth. I grabbed his arms and Ash stopped at look at me. "What's wrong" I asked him. "Mike got me some black skinnies" Ash said to me and I just looked at him. "It's been so long since I actually wore those. Whatever it looks weird" Ash rubbed the back of his neck. "It be okay" I told him and urged him to put those pants on and he did and when he came back out. I heard whistling from behind me. It was Ryan. Ash was blushing and I glared at Ryan. "Hey, look I meant no harm" Ryan put his hands up in the air. "Do not whistle at my boyfriend" I commanded Ryan and Ash just shook his head. "Come on Luke, there's no reason to be jealous" Ash smirked at me. "I just look so hot that Ryan can't bit his tongue" Ash joked with me and I rolled my eyes. Ryan pushed Ash a little bit and Ash walked back to the bathroom and that's when I saw Ryan just staring at Ash's butt and that made me uncomfortable. I always wondered if he ever got over Ash because Ash is now mine not his.
