Reunited

If you haven't read the recent book I suggest you do, otherwise this story won't make sense.

Okay so as you know from the last book Caitlin leaves for Yale for 4 years. Barry doesn't ever see her. New people know about his secret. He is now 22 and he works at Star Labs which is now run by Cisco. The people who know about his secret is, Iris, Abigail,Cisco, Ronnie, Jake, and Jessie. (What they look like⬇️⬇️⬇️)

Barry hasn't seen Caitlin for 4 years and has moved on. He is now with Iris.

Caitlin finally got done with college and is now looking for opportunities to get a job. She wondered if she could finally take her dream job at Star Labs. So she called the manager aka Cisco, and he hired her. Cisco was now announcing that there will be someone new to the team.
Cisco: "Yo! Big news."
They all turned to Cisco.
Cisco: "So this girl gave me a call and wanted to join here at Star Labs. So I said yes."
Barry: "Are you kidding me Cisco? Did she say any info about her."
Cisco: "...No.... she's coming here tomorrow so be nice."
Cisco walks out the room.
Barry walks up to Iris. They have been dating for 9 months.
Iris: "Well who do you think it's going to be?"
Barry: "I don't really know. But I hope that they won't be too much trouble."
Iris: "Yeah I hope so too."
Iris holds Barry's hand.
Iris: "Come on let's go to the Cafe."
They both walk to the Cafe and get two coffees and walk around the neighborhood.

Caitlin was living in a small apartment her mom had gotten her. (⬇️⬇️⬇️)

She lived close by Star Labs so she could show up at work on time.

Morning Rolls by and it was they day Caitlin had to go to work. She wore a pink and blue sweater. Some nice blue jeans, and had on pinks Vans, and some nice pink earrings.
She got dressed and headed to work. Cisco greets her and lets her meet everyone.
Cisco: "Hey everyone I would like you all to meet our new member Caitlin Snow."
Barry remembered that name. His heart started to speed up. He stared at Caitlin. Caitlin saw familiar faces. The one she recognized was Barry. She felt like crying after not seeing him for so long.
Barry: "C-Caitlin..."
Iris: "Oh my gosh.."
Abigail: "Please tell me this is real.."
All Caitlin wanted to do was hug Barry. But something caught her eye when she looked down at his hand. Him and Iris were holding hands. She wasn't thinking clearly, she thought to herself that she didn't like or love Barry anymore. So she believed that.
Caitlin: "Long time no see guys."
Cisco: "Barry as Co-Manager I'm letting you explain the rules."
Barry just stood there staring at her his jaw open. Cisco walks up to Barry and waves his hand in his face. Barry slaps it away and gets out of his day dream.
Barry: "Uh-uh yeah sure Cisco. Come on Cait-...lin..."
Barry was really embarrassed and walked out of the room with Caitlin behind him. Barry kept looking in the corner of his eye feeling her presence.
Barry: "Uh okay so here we have a...AND another...uh."
Barry had completely forgotten the things he was showing Caitlin. He started to turn red a sweat. But he remembered one thing.
Barry: "...Oh yeah! Our boss Cisco has this thing we do every week where every Friday we have to vote who cares about who more and s..so it's Iris's turn right now, and since today is Friday, once we all leave we get to see the results for Monday. B-but you know I mostly spend my time here all week now a then. And-"
Caitlin stops walking. Once Barry doesn't notice he's moving he turns around. They both stared into each other's eyes. Caitlin smiles and Barry smirks at her.
Barry: "Hi Caitlin."
Caitlin: "Hi Barry."
Barry and Caitlin hugged eachother for 3 seconds with Barry leaving her arms.
Barry: "I thought I would never see you again."
Caitlin: "Well here I am now!"
Barry and Caitlin laughs. Awkwardly.
Caitlin: " How about WE head back its getting late."
Barry: "Yeah okay."
They walk back in where everyone is at.
Abigail: "Caitlin I missed you so much!"
Abigail ran to Caitlin greeting her with a hug. They both pulled away and Iris walked up to Caitlin and gave her a big hug. Ronnie and Jake did the same and of course Jessie and Cisco didn't know her.
Jessie: "You all know eachother?"
Ronnie: "We went to high school together."
Jessie: "Oh...must be nice."
Jake: "Nope. Caitlin left for Yale and it was really quiet the past few months."
Cisco: "Okay you guys are reunited blah blah blah, hurry up and get out I need MY me time at home."
Everyone left Star Labs. They of course voted before leaving.
Caitlin: "So you all want to head to the Cafe?"
Barry: "Uh..I can't I got some...stuff... science stuff... stuff in...science stuff."
Iris: "Barry."
Barry looked at Iris. She gave him a 'Tell her or I will' glance.
Barry holds Iris's hand.
Barry: "Iris and I are dating."
Caitlin: "For how long?"
Barry: "N-nine months."
Caitlin knew something was up. She just didn't expect this.
Caitlin: "Well I'm happy for you guys."
Iris: "Has there been anyone new in your life Caitlin?"
Caitlin: "Uh no. I have not been with anyone at all."
Caitlin had a really sad look on her face when she told them that.
Iris: "I know you will find the right one, I can promise you that."
Caitlin: "Thanks Iris."
Barry super speeds Iris to her house and races back to Caitlin.
Barry: "Need a ride?"
Caitlin: "I have my car so I'm ok."
Barry: "Oh right we'll see you later Caitlin."
Caitlin: "Call me Cait."
Barry had remembered when Caitlin told him to call her that the time he asked to be friends with her. He smiles a speeds off.
Caitlin knew inside that her feelings for Barry were still there.
