Caitlin: "...I took it..."
Barry: "W-Why would you take it, if it wasn't yours?!"

I saw anger fill in Barry's eyes. I was so scared seeing this side of him.

Caitlin: "L-Look Barry, I just saw a paper and necklace so I picked it up!"
Barry: "Are you fucking kidding me?! For one Cait, you should not be the sneaky little hoe that you are, and second stop trying to make me jealous by hanging out with Jessie all the time you whore!"

I was shocked what I just heard. A tear escaped from my eyes.

Caitlin: "I actually thought you cared about me..."

Barry: "...Just- Get the hell out of my house!"

I flinch when he yells at me. I stomp over to my bag and run out the door with Jessie following behind me.

I was sobbing so loud, I think the whole neighborhood had heard.

Jessie: "Cait it's going to be okay."
Caitlin: "No Jessie it isn't! J-just take me home p-lease."

Jessie nodded and we headed for his car.

We reach my house and I invite Jessie inside. He gladly takes the offer and we walk inside.

I set my bag down on the floor and take a seat at the edge of my bed, and Jessie sits beside me.

Jessie: "I'm sure everything will be okay Cait. I know that Barry didn't mean anything he said."
Caitlin: "Yet I think he meant every word."
Jessie: "Don't let him put you down ok? Be happy."

Jessie gives me a cheesy smile which I laughed at.

Jessie: "See! There you go!"

Jessie starts laughing too.

Jessie: "Hey, how about you get dressed and I'll take you out for yogurt."

I nod.

Jessie: "Okay wait here because I need to go to the bathroom, then you can use it after me."

Jessie walks to the bathroom and locks it.

While he was gone I was thinking to myself. Barry broke my heart many times. Why did he have to fall for me? Why did he have to enter my life? Why did he have to win my heart?

After moments of thinking, I open my drawer and pull out my razor.

When I was in the middle of cutting myself I hear a door open forgetting Jessie was here.

He smiles at me but it soon disappears when he sees me cutting myself.

He looked heartbroken, and tears filled his eyes.

He reached his hand out for his phone in his back pocket dialing a number. He holds it up to his ear.

Jessie: "Hello 911? Yes there's been a process for almost committing suicide please get here asap."

He hangs up and looks at me with disappointment and guilt in his eyes.

He walks over to me and snatches the razor out of my hand. He then goes to the window opening it and tossing it out.

He walk into the kitchen and grabbed a rag and ran it over the water. He walks back to me and places it on my arm.

He was looking at my arm trying not to make eye contact with me. He finally looks up at me. I saw that was eyes were red and puffy.

Caitlin: "I-I'm sorry Jessie..."
Jessie: "No, I'm sorry that you met Barry first, instead of me."

He places his hand on my cheek while rubbing his thumb around the skin of my face.

Jessie: "I don't really know what my life would be like without you Caitlin."

With that he got up and gave me a hug.

I heard a knock on my door and Jessie walked over and opened it. Paramedics started rushing over to me looking at my cuts and wrapping it up.

They led me to a truck and put me in the back. I wasn't all that scared because Jessie was in there with me holding my hand. I smile at him.

Why can't me and Barry have this kind of bond?
