Suffocating in your Words

It was Wednesday morning.
Barry had woken up getting ready to go to Star Labs. He kept thinking what was up with Caitlin, how she did not act like herself. He super speeded to Star Labs.

Everyone was already there waiting for him.
Barry: "...Sorry I'm late..."
He looked over at Caitlin and saw her scanning his body. He gulps and walks over towards Iris.
Barry: "Do you still want to be with me?"
Iris: "Barry I don't feel like talking an THIS right now."
Iris tries to walk off but Barry super speeds in front of her.
Barry: "Iris, do we still have something or not?"
Iris: "Barry please."
Barry holds Iris's hand and whispers where they can only hear eachother.
Barry: "It's about Abigail isn't it."
Iris looks down at the floor.
Barry: "You can still be with me Iris."
Iris: "Barry, I still love you, but right now all I feel is guilt."
Barry: "Apologize."
Iris: "Its not that easy Barry."
Barry lets go of her hand and walks over to Abigail and Jessie.
Barry: "Can I talk to her for a moment?"
Jessie: "Uhh sure- see ya Abby."
Abigail smiles.
Abigail: "What's up Barry?"
Barry: "You and Iris have to be friends again."
Abigail: "Barry she won't-"
Barry: "Listen I need you to. Please just talk it out. Because right now, she broke up with me because she thinks it was all my fault."
Abigail: "What makes you think you can just tell me when to do?"
Barry: "Because you know how you have your little crush on Jessie? Well guess what, i will tell him you have feelings for Jake."
Abigail: "Barry that's not right."
Barry: "I swear I will do it Abigail."
Abigail: "OK OK."
Barry grins.
Barry: "Great."
Barry walks off. Jessie comes up to her.
Jessie: "What was that about?"
Abigail: "J-Just to see if I had any info on our meta."
Jessie nods and they continue talking.

2 hours later Barry is on his phone. Caitlin walks up to him and sits right beside him. He lifts up his head to look at her.
Barry: "Need something?"
Caitlin: "Stop trying to win her back Barr."
Barry: "Cait what happened yesterday was a misunderstanding."
Caitlin: "Really? So you said you loved me, now you just want to forget it?"
Barry: "Caitlin I didn't know what came out of me but the answer is still no."
Caitlin: "Congratulations Barry Allen, you have made me want to die 10x more."
Caitlin walks off.

5 hours pass.
Cisco: "Hey um has anyone seen Caitlin?"
Barry: "Nah um I think she went home."
Cisco: "Yeah I thought so 2, but when I went to her apartment her door was wide open and she was gone."
Barry: "Oh god."
Cisco rushes to the computer and tracks her phone down.
Cisco: "Barry it says she's on the roof..."
Barry: "Oh no this can't be happening."
Everyone was listening in on Ciscos and Barry's conversation and the all rushed outside to find out that Caitlin was on the edge on the roof.
Jake: "Caitlin what are you doing?!"
Abigail: "Caitlin please get down from there!"
Barry: "Cait...."
Caitlin: "Goodbye Ms. Snow."
Caitlin smirks and jumps off the building.
Barry: "NO!"
Barry pushes everyone out the way, and ran faster than he ever did before. He grabs Caitlin by the waist holding on to her legs saving her. He puts her down on the ground holding both her shoulders.
Barry: "CAITLIN WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!"
Caitlin whispers in his ear.
Caitlin: "My life is a tragedy with out you Barry."
Barry: "Why am I the main reason of this?!"
Caitlin: "Because you care for Iris and not me!"
Barry: "Caitlin..I will always care about you, and I need you to know that."
Caitlin: "But you don't love me."
Barry: "Caitlin I love you as a friend."
Caitlin: "No!"
Barry: "Caitlin this isn't you!!!"
Just then it hit Barry. Caitlin actually wasn't herself. At all. Barry super speeds Caitlin to a cell and puts her in it.
Caitlin: "Ah! Barry what are you doing?!"
Barry: "Oh don't play dumb, I know it isn't actually the real Caitlin."
Caitlin: "...How did you find out?"
Barry: "She was never nervous. She would always be nervous."
Caitlin: "Hm smart I guess.."
Barry: "Bring her back."
Caitlin: "I coulddd but-"
Barry: "But what?!"
Caitlin: "You need to answer this question truthfully otherwise I will try my hardest to make her die."
Barry: "Ok I will! Just don't please."
Caitlin: "Good. You care about her a lot correct?"
Barry: "Yes, and?"
Caitlin: "Are you in love with her."
Barry: "Please tell me why you're asking this."
Caitlin: "Because Barry, I know how much she's in love with you, I will prove that to you once you tell me you are or not in love with her."
Barry: "No, I'm not in love with her."
Caitlin: "....Why?!"
Barry: "My heart doesn't beat for her."
Caitlin: "...Wow...I would die if I was here right now."
Barry looks at the floor.
Barry: "So tell me why you still think she loves me?"
Caitlin: "Open the cell first."
Barry does as told and opens it. Caitlin walks out and pulls out her phone. She opens it and goes to notes.
Caitlin: "Read through this."
Barry grabs the phone and scans through it.

So it seems it's my first year here at College. Right now I have no friends yet I have been here for about 37 days. I hope I do some time though. I am still wondering if Barry will super speed over here and visit me, I mean I did give him the address and all. I tried calling him a few times but it seemed he got a new phone. I hope to see Barry again. This summer I'm deciding to go back to his house to surprise him. I'm excited to see the look on his face!!

Okay so an update for today. I have made a friend but only one. Her name is Susan and I talk to her every now and then, but it's not like she was my best friend. Anyways! I went to Barry's house this summer. It seemed he wasn't there... I loose contact with him, and now this? I don't even know where he is. I never told him how much I missed him.

Okay so I graduated from college a few months ago and I'm happy that it's over. The people there were very rude. These past few years Barry had not visited me. I still miss him every day. I still think about him. A lot. I cry everyday to think he has forgotten about me. My heart breaks every day we are away. He was the one that made my life better.

January 21, 2017
I found out he was with Iris. My heart had broken when he moved past me. How he told me he didn't love me. Yet I didn't care. My heart still beated for him. I thought it was hope we were reunited. But now it seems like I die everyday. I suffer having to see him everyday. Will things ever change?

A tear drops down from Barry's eyes. He gives the phone back to Caitlin and she puts it in her pocket.
Barry: "Now bring her back."
Caitlin: "I will. Now I have made her life a living hell."
Magically a person pops up and Barry speeds to lock them in the cell.
Barry walks up to Caitlin and hugs her. She didn't hug him back. Her face had no emotion, just a tear rolling down her face.
Barry: "Are you okay? I was so worried."
Barry pulls back when she wasn't hugging him back. He sees the tear and realized she had her everything. And I mean everything.
Caitlin: "I'm totally fine..."
Caitlin walks out of the room still no emotion on her face. She was torn. Her heart was broken. She sees Jessie and walks up towards him.
Jessie: "Is this the real Caitlin?"
Caitlin: "...I guess you could say that."
Jessie: "Is something wrong?"
Caitlin: "I need to be alone for right now."
Jessie: "No what you need right now is a friend."
Caitlin does looks up at him.
Caitlin: "I want to die Jessie."
Jessie Became concern.
Jessie: "Caitlin don't say that, why would you ever say that?"
Caitlin: "Because the person my hear beated for is now a thousand miles away. I have now heard him say he doesn't love me 4 times."
Jessie: "Caitlin please, I will be okay."
Caitlin breaks down into tears. Jessie comforts her telling her it will be okay.

Barry was outside leaning against a wall with his head down. Iris walks up to him.
Iris: "Barry..."
Barry looks up at Iris.
Barry: "I'm sorry Iris. I just can't do this anymore. Knowing that my heart beats for someone else's. Which isn't you."
Iris sits beside him.
Iris: "I know Barry. This whole time I knew. Even if you didn't see it I did. I knew you still cared for her."
Barry: "was that one of the reasons he broke up with me?"
Iris nods.
Iris: "She's my best friend. I knew she would still have feelings for her high school honey."
Barry: "But I can't be with her. At least not now. My heart still feels something for you Iris."
Iris: "Then let it go Barry."
Barry: "I know... but my heart doesn't beat for her."
Iris: "Well make it beat. Make it feel she's the most important person."
Barry: "Thanks Iris."
Iris: "Anytime."
Iris gets up.
Iris: "See ya tomorrow Barr."
Barry: "See ya Iris."

Back at Caitlin's house.
She kept thinking of ways to not feel hurt. To make it all feel better. She looked it up on the internet and found that cutting was the best way to relieve her pain. She didn't really have the tool for it so she decided to use a knife her dad gave her a long time ago for protection. She held it to her arm and slid it across her arm. It hurt at first. But she started to liking it.
Caitlin: "I don't know how to get over you Barry."
