{Emily's POV}
...Back in London...
Partying was never a fun thing for me. I am more of a chill at home type of girl. It was my first day in college. I go to school, finish my classes, and go home. That was my routine... for about a week. School was tough for me because I rarely socialize. My bubble burst when a guy named Blake talked to me.
I had some time to kill because my next class doesn't start till 2pm and it was only noon. I sat on one of the desks that has 4 seats at the study area. I placed my bag on top of the chair next to me and pulled my laptop out and my notebook out of my backpack. I grabbed my pencil case and opened my computer. I was planning on catching up on my notes since my lecture teacher talks really fast during class so I don't have time to copy everything. I put on my earphone so I can listen to music while doing some work.
A couple of minutes in to my work, I notice a silhouette on my peripheral vision of someone standing beside me. I looked up and saw a guy smiling at me. I removed one of the earphones in my ear.
"Hey!" he said
"Hi. Can I help you?" I asked him
"Yes, do you mind if I sit here?" he asked pointing at the spot in front of me. I looked around the room and it was pretty much empty. I was the only one here that is why I like it here.
"Uhmm no but there are so many empty desks around you"
"Oh. Well I don't like to be alone." he giggled
"Actually I like being alone but if you really want to sit here you can"
"Great!" he smiled and sat in front of me. "So what's your name?" he added
"Emily. You?" I seem uninterested because I really want this time to myself.
"Blake. Nice to meet you!" he said holding his hand for a shake. I shook his hand.
"Nice to meet you to" I said. "So is it going to be like this the whole time? You talking to me?" I asked
"Well I just want to get to know you. You know for a pretty girl, you don't seem to like company"
I scrunched my eyebrows "Is that one of your lines you say to girls to get their attention?"
"No, I've been seeing you study here alone. You probably don't recognize me walking by 10 times cause you are in your own zone"
"I like it here. It's like my private study area."
"Now you have me to entertain you" he smiled
"No offence but I don't need entertainment"
"It's cool. I'm still gonna stay here till you finish" he said. I was a little annoyed honestly.
"Don't you have a class?"
"I don't have a class till 2:30" he said
Uhh great I'm stuck with him for 2 hours. My mind started thinking of ways to ditch him.
"Really? I will leave early cause I have a class in like 15 minutes." I said. I'll just find some place else to study.
"No you don't" he said
"excuse me?"
"You don't have a class till 2. I told you I've seen you here before. I saw you leave 10 mins before 2 to go to a class upstairs."
"Are you stalking me?" I was getting pissed
"No! no, its not like that. I'm just very observant"
