"Let's hit the road then.." Aryan exclaimed while rubbing his hands together with a mischievous glint. Randhir standing beside him, snorted in annoyance. He wasn't at all keen on wasting his day, out there between the crowd when he could be spending time with Sanyukta in their apartment while relishing steamy coffee and speaking his heart to her. He so wanted to complete his story for her. He was impatient till the core to break apart all the walls he had created around him all those years, in front of her. He never felt that content ever in his life like he felt after sharing about his past to her. He had always thought that Keya was the only girl to whom he could open up, not completely though. After meeting Sanyukta he could easily feel Keya fading away from his memory. He knew all those promises, all those sweet talks, care, every damn thing of that girl was fake. He had never been able to bring the actual Randhir out in front of Keya. And when he thought that she was the only one in the world who could understand his unexplainable pain, she left him alone and shattered for that reason only.
Randhir shrugged himself out his trance when he felt a tug on his forearm over his folded-up sleeve. He looked up and his gaze got locked with Sanyukta. She was looking at him anxiously."Are you okay?" She said. Pure concern was dripping off her voice.
He tried to smile a little at her though he knew why he wasn't on the part of going out there in the public. Especially after the eloping incident of their's from the mall months ago, he was extremely conscious about going out again. He felt like telling her about his worry, but she was highly enthusiastic about the day-out with her friends. Moreover she would have insisted on staying with him, if he didn't come along with them. He didn't want to become a burden on her and that happiness on her face was pretty enough for him to take any risk. Even if her life was at stake, he knew he would protect her in anyway. He had made sure to take up a hideous outfit for not getting noticed in public, especially not with her. At that point, she was in more danger than him. No one should spot her with him and he had ensured that. He was wearing a blue Knicks hoodie which he remembered Sanyukta pick up from the store, the last time they went shopping and a black ripped off jeans. He had hidden his chocolate brown orbs with a broad rimmed black sunglass and thanked God for allowing the day to be cold enough, not making a fool out of himself by wearing a heavy hoodie in broad daylight.
"Here.. Don't worry.. We'll be ounces away from any Shekhawat's.." She smiled and handed him a blue cap out of her backpack. He gaped at her ability of reading his mind.
"Thank you.." He mouthed while his lips curved upwards. She knew him well. He grinned almost like a retard while eyeing her and wore the cap underneath his hoodie.
"You look like a panda.." He smirked, standing behind her when she was locking the apartment. She turned towards him and scoffed. He gestured towards her outfit and she examined herself well. She was wearing a tight white vest, which complimented her assests and flat belly and raged heat through his system (but he shooed the erotic thoughts away that instant) with a black long washcoat over it and her regular black three-quarter jeans. Her waist long lustrous mane, fell gloriously on her back as she pulled up a foul questioning gaze at him and he grinned again.
"And you look like a hippi.." She retorted while putting her blue glares on, looking ravishingly beautiful in his eyes.
"I know.." He winked mischievously. "But I love pandas.." He added with a flirtatious remark and ran down the stairs without waiting for her response. She stood there with her jaw dropped.
"So where are we heading to?" Sanaya asked while munching on her Doritos. Sanyukta was driving with Aryan beside her. Whereas Randhir sat sulking behind with Sanaya on his side. He wanted to sit beside Sanyukta but she tactically asked Aryan to do the honours resulting him to adjust with Sanaya on the backseat. He was confused with her behaviour at first but later on interpreted it to be regarding him calling her a panda. Well if she wanted to play, he wasn't an idiot to backout. He smirked while eyeing her from the rear view mirror.
