**READ THE A/N IN THE END POSITIVELY!**

Laying on my fluffy bed- which had the capacity of putting me into sleep as soon as I lied on it, no matter how much stressed out and tensed I was- I was still wide awake; my mind was way too much boggled with thoughts of the possibilities.

I remembered the happenings of an hour ago in my room. As soon as I burst the news of giving Parth and Vidushi our contact details, Randhir stared at me as if I had grown horns on my head-which would be absurd actually, when I imagined myself with bull like horns- before turning on his heels and storming off the room- shutting the door with a loud bang which made me jump up in fear. He was mad. Heck! Mad must had been an understatement; he was fuming! I doubted, he even wanted to be at a radius of ten metre from me then. After all the days of staying with him, I had learnt a lot of things about his behaviour, which included leaving him alone when he was angry. He might eventually calm down and once he did, I only hoped that my explanation would help him to think rationally.

I didn't know what was his problem in keeping contact with Parth and Vidushi. They seemed to be nice people, those warm and best friends forever types to Randhir- at least their behaviour portrayed so. But, I wasn't aware of their history yet. I guessed, I should have asked Randhir about the whole 'big issue' then. But yeah, he was behaving sort of like a hideous CBI officer with his whole dark past and whatever. What if he was a CBI officer? My mind poked out. Okay I was being paranoid. Gah. But honestly, I was upto neck with this huge secret issue then. Who could have had blamed me right?

I was constantly cringing on the idea of giving them our contact details then. If Randhir was getting so worked up on that, I surely had done something wrong. What if they weren't what they showed? What if they wanted his bad? Was I that gullible?

*RING RING*

I instantly jerked up on my bed as my phone rang loudly, breaking my whirlpool of thoughts. Scrounging my bed side table in the moonlit room-not once did the thought of turning the lights on, cross my mind, I was that tensed- I caught hold of the phone and an unknown number flashed on the screen. Laid on the bed, in the same half sitting and half sleeping position, I answered the call.

"Hello..." I knew that I sounded groggy.

"Sanyukta?" A squeaky girl's voice asked from the other side.

"Yeah?"

"I am Vidushi. We met today remember?" That was enough for me to jump up from my position and sit upright. All my dizziness went whooshing away in a second.

"Yeaah.. Yeah.. Yeah.. I do.. I do remember.. Hi.." My voice might have had given away my excitement at that moment. Just for knowledge- the excitement was mixed with fright though. Perhaps I was ten percent excited and ninety percent scared.

Cut it. I was hundred percent scared! At some point I knew they would try to contact us, but I never knew they were so eager to resolve the issue. What was the issue again? OH. I DIDN'T KNOW THAT YET! GAH!

"Is umm.. Is Randhir around you?" Her voice sounded shaky.

"No.. I mean.. yeah he is in my house.. but he's probably asleep now.. Do you want to talk to him?"

"NO!" Her shriek startled me. I heard her breathing hard through the phone after that.

"No I mean, not now. Let him sleep. He'll not want to talk to me now in anyway.." I sighed. Randhir was indeed furious then. I knew he wasn't even asleep then. He might had been strolling back and forth in his room in anger, looking like a maddened bear in it's cage.
