My new life

Chapter 6

I was going to my motorcycle already but I heard robert tell my name for me to wait. How many times is this kid going to yell my name when I go to my bike? "hey skylar!" he said. "Hey Robert. What's up?" I said. Why does he have to look so cute? "Uhm I was wondering if maybe you wanted to go to a movie this friday?" he asked while scratching the back of his neck. "Sure. sounds like fun." I said. "Then it's a date." he said. I blushed immediately. "Yeah. It's a date." I said. "Bye sky." he said. Wow. I landed a date and a new nickname. Sweet. I turned my bike on and made sure it screamed with power. I probably got the attention of everybody that was there. I took off faster than a traffic light.

-Friday morning-

I woke up suuuuper happy. probably the second happiest day. (The first was giving birth to Kylie. ) I decided to dress a little different today. I put on some ripped leggings, jean shorts, my combat boots, a plaid shirt, and my leather jacket. I put my hair in a side Dutch braid and put all my piercings on. I went to Kylie's room. "Hi mamas!" I said as she was waking up. "Morning momma." she said yawning. "Pick whatever you want to wear." I told her. She ran to her closet. "Dress mommy! dress!" she yelled. It was pretty hot out so I grabbed a sun dress and her jean jacket. She didn't have any dressy shoes so I put on her black converse. I made her two pigtails with braids. I made her breakfast and packed her lunch. Then the van came for her. "Bye sweetie." I told her. "Bye bye!" she said. Then I went to my motorcycle and went to school. Today is going to be great.

School is going great so far. I entered the science club, got all A's on my tests. Nothing can go wrong. And by the time I knew it, it was the end if the day. I was at my locker jamming out to Metallica when someone closed my locker. I saw and it was Robert. "Aw man. I didn't scare you?" he asked me. "I don't get scared of anything." i said. "Are you ready to go?" He asked me. "Yes sir I am." I said. I made sure my locker was locked and we left for his car. He put his arm over my shoulder. Wow he's already making a move on me. "Do you want to bring Kylie?" he asked real awkwardly. "No it's fine. My mom said she would watch her. She said I need time to myself." I said looking at the ground. "Aight. Are you ready for out movie date?" he asked. "Yes. So let's go." I said running to his car. "You can't leave with out me!" he yelled. I started to laugh as we got in.
