My new life

Chapter 19

After a while of traveling again, we finally made it to Miami. We went to Austin's Condo Apartment and unpacked all our stuff. We set up Kylie's toddler bed and we were finally done.

"Austin and Alex should be here in an hour. They are having an interview at the news station." Robert said.

"How about I make us all a big dinner and we can celebrate Kylie's birthday today. Did you get the present for her?" I said.

"Yes. She is going to love it." Robert said smiling.

I started making Pork ribs, mashed potatoes, and steamed veggies. it took a long time but by the time I was done, the boys we're home and Kylie woke up from her nap.

"Hey you must be Skylar." Austin said.

"Yes. And you're Austin. And he's Alex?" I said.

"Yes. I am. nice to meet you." Alex said.

"Likewise. And this is my daughter."

"Kylie!! Happy birthday!" They said.

I giggled as I started serving the food. I hid the cake I made from Kylie because I knew she would cry for some cake.

We all dug in. I got some good feedback from the boys about the food.

"This is so good!" Alex said

"Are you going to cook every night? If so, please do!" Austin said.

"I want to marry your mashed potatoes." zach said. I giggled.

"Thanks guys." I said. we quickly finished and we ate the cake I baked. then we let Kylie open her gifts.

Austin got her Jordans. Alex got her ninja turtle slippers and a power rangers coloring book. Zach got her a Batman action figure, of course. then Robert brought the present we got her.

"Open it baby girl." he said smiling. she tore open the box then took out her surprise.

"what is this?" she asked.

"it's a karate gi. we signed you up for karate." I said.

"For reals? I'm going to be in karate?" sge said.

"Yes baby. you start next week." I told her.

"Yay!" she said. then she started running around the house.

she came to hug me and Robert. "Thanks mommy. thanks daddy." she said.

we all gasped. "did you call me daddy?" Robert asked with tears in his eyes.

"Yes. because I love you alot and mommy loves you alot. so when mommy loves a boy alot, he's my daddy." she said.

he picked her up and hugged her tight. "and I love you're mommy alot. I love you kylie." he said.

"I love you daddy." she said.

"are y'all crying? " I asked the guys.

"no. its the dust." zach and austin said.

"yes! that was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen!" Alex said. I giggled.

sorry that this is long overdue. I switched phone companies and got kinda caught up with the holiday. but I love y'all!! Tell me what you think about this chapter. I got so many feels writing it!! lol
