My new life

Chapter 10

I have to stay home on bed rest for two weeks. Doctors said I had to rest because I seriously couldn't move with out any pain. I was bruised almost everywhere on my left side. My leg was a strange purple color with yellow in some areas. My left arm was broken. And I had stitches on other parts of my body. My parents sued the man that hit me. Turns out he's wanted for other things too so I got a pretty good reward for turning that bastard in. Robert has been visiting me everyday. Morning, lunch, and for hours after school. It was already Sunday. Got down with one week. I woke up early used to my routine of taking my pain killers. I was already going to get up to go get my glass of water when Robert walked in with an IHOP bag.

"Hi my queen." he said with a smile.

"Hey. what's in the bag?" I asked.

"A big breakfast for the healing queen."

He took out the breakfast and set it on a tray that he brought upstairs. "Pancakes, egg, and bacon? you shouldn't have." I said as he leaned in for a kiss.

"Anything for you." he said as I heard running.

"Mommy!" I heard Kylie say. She ran in with her dragon tales onsie hand-me-down. It was mine when I was smaller and she looked adorable in it. She had her hair in a very messed up ponytail.

"Hi babygirl. How did you sleep?" I asked as she climbed on my bed.

"Good. I had a dream that I was with mermaids and flounder came to give me ice cream! he gave me tuna flavor." She said.

"Eww!" I said as a tickled her tummy.

"Hi kyle's." Robert said as he sat at the foot of my bed.

"Hi wobbie!" she said as she giggled.

She got up and jumped in his lap. She gave him a tight hug.

I looked at the both of them. They got along so well. I'm glad they do, if not it would be hard to be with him. I ate my breakfast sharing my food with them knowing I wouldn't finish it myself.

"How are you feeling today?" Robert asked me.

"I'm still sore. My arm hurts and itches from this cast." I said after drinking the last of my orange juice.

"Have you done your school work?"

"Yeah. I just need help with my math problems. This work gives me headaches."

"Don't worry. I got it for you." he said.

"Thanks. can you hand me my meds?"

He handed me my meds as I turned the tv on. "hey, do you mind putting it on Good Morning America? Austin is going to perform." Robert asked.

"Sure. It's the least I can do since you come everyday." I said. I finally get to see who this Austin character is.

- after Austin's performance-

"THAT was austin? wow. He's a great singer! and his dance moves are sick!" I said.

Robert chuckled. "Yeah. I'm pretty proud of him."

"Was that Alex in front of the stage?"

"Yeah. I'm glad they are living the life. soon I'll be with them also."

"What do you mean by soon?"

"By the end of the semester, me and Zach are graduating and heading to Miami with Austin and Alex."

I fell silent. "For how long?" I asked sad.

"I don't know. But we will come back for visits."

I took a deep breath. "Can you promise me one thing?" I asked.

"Go on." he said rubbing my knee with his thumb.

"If we are still together, and we say those three words; can I go with you?" I asked after a while.

"I promise. After asking the bros if it's ok. They will most likely say yes if we do fall in deep love." he said.

I smiled. "Thanks."
