My new life

Chapter 9

-Roberts P.O.V.-

It was second period already and sky hasn't come to school yet. I started to get really worried. As soon as the bell rang, I called her phone. It rang once. Twice. Then a couple seconds later 10. It went to voicemail. "Shit. What happened?" I called her parents. they picked up on the first ring. "Hello?" I said. "Hello Robert." I heard her mom say. "Do you happen to know where Skylar is?" I asked. "Uhm. Robert, are you alone?" she said. "No. I am in the hallway. But I'll head to the bathroom." I said walking to the closest restroom. "ok." she said. I went and made sure no one was in there. I locked the door. "Ok I'm alone." I said. "Robert. Skylar got in an accident today." Her mom said. I swear to god my heart dropped to my stomach. "What? how? what hospital?" I asked. "The main one in San Antonio." she said. "Ok well I have to go already. Bye." I said quickly and she said her goodbyes. I walked past every classroom and went to the parking lot. I turned my car on and headed to San Antonio. I have to make sure she's ok.

-skylars P.O.V.-

I woke up in an unfamiliar place that smelled like super clean floors and medicine. I heard a slight beeping sound. I looked around but it was pitch black except for a couple of small lights. My eyes were focused as I realized I was at a hospital. I knew I got hit by a car and I was gunna sue that basterd for hitting me and running a red light. I saw someone else on the foot of my bed. I moved a little which caused him to wake up. I realized it was Robert. I decided to play around with him. "Who are you?" I asked. He turned the light on. "It's me, Robert. Don't you remember baby?" he said. "Robert? I don't know a Robert. Why are you in here?" I asked pretending to sound scared. he looked really worried. "You don't know me? oh my god. I need to get a nurse." I saw him walk to the door. "No baby I'm just playing come back!" I said. He turned around really fast. he grabbed my waist and kissed me passionately. I was totally not expecting it, but I kissed back. "Don't scare me like that ever again." He said. I didn't really notice that my arm was in a cast. But I sure as hell remember getting the x-rays.

"Ok we need to turn your arm for the next x-Ray" the doctor said. They started to turn it. "Ouch you fucker!" I said screaming. But they didn't respond to my sailor mouth as I kept swearing like no tomorrow. Then I just blacked out again.

"Ouch." I said softly. "What's wrong?" Robert asked. "I just feel sore everywhere." I replied. He carried me to the bed and started to rub my back then he massaged my feet. "Thanks baby." I said. "Anything for you." he said. I started thinking about Kylie. "Don't tense up. If you're wondering about kyle's she's fine. Your mom is taking the day off tomorrow to be with you." Robert said. I relaxed and fell into a deep slumber.
