Chapter Five - 5

I woke up on the floor, I looked around.

How did I get down here? I thought as I stood up and saw Darcy in my computer chair wide awake.

"Darce?" She turned around and smiled at me.

"Morning!" she said and I realized I had a headache. "Oh by the way it's Saturday, no school today.

"I thought you spent the night Thurday though..." I looked around confused and not able to remember the night before.

"I did, I also spent the night last night... there is some medicine on your table over there." I nodded and grabbed for the pills, but I missed. Wait...

"Darce, why the hell am I hungover?!"

"Shhhhh! Geez!" She shut my door and grabbed my water bottle and handed it to me. "Just take that, I never said you were hungover..." I tried to slap her arm, but I couldn't see. I gave up and laid in my bed after taking the medicine.

"I wanna die." I said holding my face.

"You'll be fine. All I can say is that you get drunk way to fast." she said sitting on my bed.

"I thought you said I wasn't hungover! Darce!" she laughed.

"I'm kidding! I know you'd kill me if I got you drunk. You were complaining about your head all night. I thought you'd be okay by now." I rubbed my face and sighed.

"I'm dying."

"You're not dying. Anyway, I have to go buy some groceries, so Liam is coming over to take care of you." I nodded, becoming tired. I drifted off a little and when I woke up, Darcy was dressed and grabbing her bag.

"Wait."

"Oh! Geez! Gosh, I thought you were asleep." I laughed a little, but it began to hurt. "What do you need?"

"When will you be back?"

"Later, it won't be too long, oh and your mom left earlier this morning." I nodded and drifted back to sleep.

~Liam's P.O.V~

I got to Lanie's a little later then I meant to, I used my spare key and went in. All the lights were off.

"Lanie?" I looked around and went upstairs. "Lanie? Are you sleeping?" I knocked on her bedroom door, but there was no answer. I just opened the door and Lanie was completely passed out in her bed. "Well.. this should be fun." I sighed and went downstairs to get something to eat. I grabbed a poptart and heard Lanie scream, I dropped the poptart and ran upstairs and into her room. "Lanie!?" I looked at her bed and she was still sleeping. She screamed again and I went and sat by her. "Lanie, I hate to wake you up, but uppy up!" I poked her and she started to slowly wake up.

"What? Leave me alone." she said and hid under the covers.

"Are you okay? You're sleep screaming."

"I'm fine." She tried to push me off the bed, but it wasn't very affective. "Connor, GOOOO!"

"Connor?" I laughed a little and pulled the cover from her face and she was still sleeping. She nodded. "I thought I might give you a kiss before I leave!" She smiled in her sleep and I kissed her head, she began to frown.

"That wasn't even a kiss.." she snored. I smiled and sat at her desk.

About 30 minutes later she started saying my name, I turned around in her swirly chair and she was still sleeping.

"Liam, we need to talk about this." I stood up and got a little closer. "I need you here, you keep me strong. You can't leave me." she screamed a little and I winced. "Liam, no!" Then she woke up and I pretended to be looking at her bookshelf. "Liam." We made eye contact and she fell out of her bed. "Wait, why are you here?!"
