A/N -  Hey, guys! Back with another chapter! Thank you for waiting for so long, and I hope you enjoy this one!

|Steven's POV|

I gripped the arm-rests as the rocket began to lift off. The world started to shake around me and a loud beeping sounded and a red light flashed. I felt Connie squeeze my hand and squeezed back. "Peridot, what's wrong!" I shouted.

"I don't know! The controls aren't responding! Everyone grab a parachute and jump!" Peridot yelled. Then she followed her own advice, opening the door and jumped after making sure Lapis had made it out.

I grabbed my parachute, put it on Connie, kissed her cheek and shoved her out before him. I watched her go, the world moving around me. I turned and made sure that Bismuth, Jade and Zirconia made it out before I took Connie's chute and jumped.

|Amethyst's POV|

I sat in the secret room leaning against the wall, bored. Fluorite hadn't come by yesterday and she was becoming worried. I picked at the moss on a rock near by. I groaned and summoned my weapon, deciding to stay sharp in case I needed to escape Homeworld by force.

I stood and backed up from the rock that I'd been picking at. I focused and slammed my whip down on it, shattering it. I started to pace. What if Fluorite has been found? What if he's been shattered?! What if I never see him again? I calmed myself and opened the secret door.

I peered around the corner of it and took a hesitant step out. No guards appeared and the hallway was empty. I stepped out and closed the door, transforming into a little mouse as to not be seen. I ran along the wall and peeked around a corner, just in time to see Fluorite running towards me, his eyes wide with panic.

I quickly transformed back and ran with him to the secret door and we both escaped into it. "What," I panted, "Is going on?"

"I've been found. I was trying to help the prisoner escape, she was imprisoned wrongly. So, I took her gem and started to come back here. A Jasper saw me with it and started to chase me. So, now they'll be looking for me." Fluorite opened his palm where a black oval-shaped gem was. "This is Jet. She can control light, which is ironic, since she is a black gem."

I looked at the gem and then at Fluorite. "When do you think she'll reform?"

Fluorite shrugged. "Donno. Few days probably."

I sighed and gathered up some moss. "Set her down here. What are we going to do?"

Fluorite sat against the wall and was silent for a few moments. "The only thing we can do. Find your friends and plan our escape."

I glanced at him. "How are we going to find them though?"

Fluorite was silent for a moment before bowing his head. "We might have to leave them." he looked up at me. "But we'll come back after we find your other friends. That way, we'll have more help finding them and breaking them out."

I sighed. "Okay, how are we going to do it?"

Fluorite tapped his fingers on the ground. "There's a large ship in the landing area. We can take that so when we get to Earth, all your friends will fit in it."

I nodded. "When should we go?"

Fluorite shrugged. "It doesn't really matter. But I know the guard rotations, so I can slip us past while no one is there."

An idea sparked in my head and I grinned. "Can we stop by the Human Zoo? I have some friends we can recruit."

Fluorite frowned. "Aren't all the gems serving there part of Blue Diamond's court?"
