'Our Time Together pt. 1'

When Gon and Killua were stored inside a separate room with Nobunaga, Erika pondered for a moment on a heart-wrenching thought before getting up and entering a non-occupied room.

Inching towards a dark, shadowed portion of the room, Erika kneeled in the corner, curling up into a tight ball as her eyes began overflowing with silent tears as she hummed the tune of ''Happy Birthday", reminiscing in old, unspoken of memories from way back.

Erika glared ice and daggers at the large, hairy stranger before her. His smug smirk infuriating her as she was looked down upon. by the ginormous man.

The purplette had been wandering the land ever since she burned down her
mistress -- ex-mistress's -- home along with all the maids and butlers inside, until she stumbled across a land built upon trash and rubbish which the locals called Meteor City.

Erika had already spent a few days in the city, already feeling more content with it than any other place she'd been to before, until the giant arrived.

He asked the locals who she was but they shrugged, not knowing how to answer. So here she was, being looked down upon by a mountain of a man with rippling muscles, canined-teeth, and overflowing hair; his hand just above her head, ready to squash her body like a fruit.

Once her mind and body sensed the danger, Erika's reflexes kicked in as she was enveloped in the white light once more, the lights size noticeably larger than before, and she called upon her orange-but-slightly-purple-tinged flames, burning the tanned-man's hand to an even darker shade of brown.

The burly man hissed before beginning to double over. Erika began to panic a bit, wondering if she burned him so much that he was suffering.

That was until the man began cackling. It sounded full of life and cheerful which made the corners of purplette's lips to tug upwards, just a teensy bit.

"What's your name kid?" The brutish man asked, grinning at her with white-but-yellow-tinted teeth. He stuck his tanned face in front of hers in anticipation.

"Erika Okarii." The 11-year-old answered, never tearing her eyes away from his black ones. "Well, erm... Ika! Yeah that's good. Well, Ika, I'm Uvogin and this is called kidnapping! Literally!" He chuckled as he grasped Erika by the waist, slinging her slim body over his shoulder.

Uvogin began treading through the heaps of trash and rubbish, towards a seemingly abandoned building that had rubble and broken glass littered around it.
