I didn't know what was going on other than the fact I heard was this loud beeping noise. It was a pattern that never stopped. My eyes flutter open as I noticed I was surrounded by bright lights. I lift my hand up to shield my eyes from it but I couldn't. Something was pulling my arm right back down. There were wires and tubes connected to my arms and a tube around my neck. There were leather restraints on my wrist and ankles and across my stomach. I look around the room, seems like I was at a bank vault.
"Good afternoon Ms. Ravenwood. You've been sleeping for a long time." I could hear a thick russian voice surrounding the room. Too familiar.
"What the hell?" My eyes dart to a door that opened wide. A few people in lab coats surround the table I was laying on.
"Zola." I frowned at familiar voice.
"Yes, it is I. Now, we will begin the procedure." Zola says.
"Procedure? What procedure?" I asked as I pull on the restraints. One of the lab coats people hands a doctor a syringe filled with a mystery blue liquid.
Then they put some sort of helmet over my head. I tried to speak and tell them to stop but no words would come out. Then I felt energy overflowing through me feeling like I was being burned to death making me scream. I started to feel like a dog because of me panting so quickly from the burning sensation and the energy that was running through me.
Then everything went black all I could hear was people screaming. I had no idea why but it wasn't good at all.
I woke up in a room handcuffed to a bed. My ankles too. Where am I? How did I get here? I don't remember anything. I don't even know my name. I tried to pull on them but nothing worked. I tried to twist and kick them off. Nothing. A person walks in the room. He was a short older man. Business suit and had a straight posture.
"My name is Pierce. You work for me. Your name is The Nylock Witch. You have abilities to levitate objects and create force fields." Woah, seriously? That's pretty cool.
"Any questions?" He asked. I shake my head no taking his words as the truth.
"Good, you will be training with a few of your team members in the training room." Pierce says as two men heavily armed walk in. They uncuff me as I stand up from the bed.
We head down the hall way and enter a larger room that had punching bags strung up from the wall. There was a rock climbing wall. A bunch of stations that had knives and knives. One of the guards place me in the center of the mat as he disarms himself. He holds his fist up as I stood there unsure. He wants me to fight him?
The guys runs after me as I move to the side and push him back. He tackles me to the ground and holds his foot on my throat. I twist his foot off of my neck. I pull him off of me and punch him in the face. The next person runs over to me as I throw them over my shoulder. They push me to the ground and hold a gun to my throat.
I reach over my head and yank the gun out of their hands throwing it across the room. Two of the guys grab hold of my arms. I punch one of them in the face and throw the other over my shoulder and take off to the next guy. He runs for me as I duck and slide underneath them. I stand up quickly and do a round house kick. After knocking all the men unconscious I could see there were at least more than ten bodies on the mat. I breath in and out repeatedly. The sound of someone clapping makes my eyes dart to Pierce walking in.
"Glad you found yourself. Good work. The doctors say you need to find your powers on your own. For now, I have a mission for you."
After months of training few months of missions. I found out that I wasn't the only person somewhat different from the guards and Pierce. There was another man called The Winter Soldier. He spoke to no one and only spoke a few words when he was asked to do. I was told that he was just as dangerous as I was. Pierce wanted to talk to me in his office. Two guards escort me to his office.
"You called for me?" I walk into the narrow office. He doesn't look up from the files scattered across his desk.
"New task, you are in charge of the winter soldier. You will go on every mission with him. You do not leave his side."
"You can't be serious. I can barely watch out for myself." I exclaimed at the though of watching over the winter solider. I've heard of him. He's a good soldier. Every person he has encountered was either threatened or now dead. I, on the other hand, have no control over my powers. I can shoot a gun and can fight off ten men at once but I don't trust my self with other people. Why trust myself with the winter soldier?
"You can manage. Besides, you've been progressing through your training and your powers are somewhat controlled."
"I blew up the lab." I point out. That was a disaster.
"You will do as I say and that's an order. Am I clear?" He gets up and stands over me. I could feel a chill running down my spine.
"Yes." I mutter.
"Yes, what?" His hot breath meets my face as I turn to avoid him.
"Yes, sir." I breath out.
"Good." He smiles at me, backing away and sits at his desk.
"Your first mission together, target nuclear engineer in Iran. Sources says he is being escorted out by a team, S.H.I.E.L.D. Take them out. Hail Hydra."
"Hail Hydra." I repeat.
