"I never got your name." The tomato says as he stands from his chair looking at me.
"You wont live long enough to remember it." I grit my teeth. I go to shoot my gun but it was out of ammo. The tomato chuckles.
"Seems like I will. What are you doing? Fighting for who? The weak? The ones that don't stand a chance? Why not fight for a real cause?" The tomato asked as he circles me. I hold my hands up for defense. I go to attack him as he throws me across the room.
"Im fight for the war." I stand and throw a punch at the tomato. He didn't expect me to fight back.
"Im fighting for the USA." I throw another punch.
"For Captain America." I kick the tomato.
"For Bucky!" I shove him to the ground as my foot stayed planted on his throat.
"My name is Willow Barnes." I go to stomp on his throat but he rolls over and kicks me in my back. My knees drop to the ground as the tomato disappears. Seriously? Steve enters the room as he looks over at me.
"You alright?" He asked as I as my head. I could see the tomato holding up a large gun.
"Steve look out!" I shout but the tomato shoots the gun as Steve blocks it with his shield.
"You don't give up, do you?" Tomato asked as he fires again.
"Nope!" Steve says as he charges at the tomato. I run over to the chair and look at it. This is more confusing then the talking tomato. Something hits the back of the chair I was sitting in as I hit the control panel. The jet starts to go down. Gravity take over the Jets as we all go to the ceiling. I grabbed onto a railing. Steve was fighting off the tomato as I finally make it back to the control panel. The tomato grabs hold of me and throws me back. He presses a button on the control panel as the jet levels back. I hit the floor groaning in pain.
"You could have the power of the gods! Yet you wear a flag on your chest and think you fight a battle of nations! I have seen the future, Captain! There are no flags!" The tomato says as he shoots at Steve.
"Not my future!" Steve says as he throws his shield at the tomato. The tomato hits the center of the jet as blue lights shine bright.
"What have you done?" The tomato asked as he picked up the blue cube. I stand up to my feet and see above us the galaxy. The next thing I know the blue light was consuming tomato.
"No!" The tomato says as he fully becomes the blue light that shoots up to the sky. Steve and I run over to the control panel. He sits in the chair and grabs the steering wheel. There was a meter that kept reading New York City.
"We can't fly this. Its going to blow up New York." I tell him. Steve grabs the radio and puts it on a certain channel.
"Come in. This is Captain Rogers and Willow Ravenwood. Do you read me?" Steve says into the radio.
"Captain Rogers, what is your," Morita's voice starts.
"Steve, is that you? Are you all right?" Peggy's voice comes through the radio.
"Peggy, Schmidt's dead!" Steve tells them.
"What about the plane?" She asked.
"That's a little bit tougher to explain." Steve says with a bit of confusion.
"Give me your coordinates. I'll find you a safe landing site." Peggy says.
"We can't land this." I shake my head.
"Willow is right. There's not gonna be a safe landing. But I can try and force it down." Steve says.
"I'll get Howard on the line. He'll know what to do." Peggy says.
"There's not enough time. This thing's moving too fast and it's heading for New York. I got to put her in the water." Steve tells her.
"Please, don't do this. We have time. We can work it out." Peggy sputters.
"Right now I'm in the middle of nowhere. If I wait any longer, a lot of people are gonna die. Peggy, this is my choice." Steve says as she didn't answer back. Steve pulls out his watch and sets it on a meter. Steve looks at me as I hold his hand. We were going to die. It was for a good cause. At least I will be reunited with Bucky. The three of us together again.
"Im with you." I tell Steve as he hugs me tightly.
"I know you are. You've always been." Steve says as the tears silently flow down my cheeks. He lowers the plane down.
"Peggy?" He asked.
"I'm here." Her voice comes through.
"I'm gonna need a rain check on that dance." Steve says.
"All right. A week, next Saturday, at the Stork Club." She says. It was a date he will never show up to.
"You got it." He agrees.
"8:00 on the dot. Don't you dare be late. Understood?" She says sternly. I could see the frozen water and snow. We were getting closer. Steve grips my hand.
"You know, I still don't know how to dance." He says as I laugh quietly. A sad laugh with tears coming down my face.
"I'll show you how. Just be there." She says as I hear the the hurt in her voice. We are getting dangerously close to the ground. I let go of Steve. I could feel myself leaning forward as my body hits the window. My body falls out of the window as all I saw was darkness.
