A week had passed quickly. Standing behind the barrier in the airport, I waited for my brother to pop out of the doors with his eyes squinted with that same old smirk on his face when he laid eyes on me. I turned over to Seomin, who was biting down on her lips, on her tippy toes trying to spot Jongmin. Her hand was playing with the heart necklace around her neck continuously before she held back onto the barrier to help elevate herself. I patted her on her back and laughed at her when she turned around to look at me, her eyes wide open to the point where they were watering.

I assured her it was normal for planes to be delayed at times and that everything was okay. She nodded her head and relaxed herself, clinging onto my forearm and resting her head on my shoulder. As much as I despised my brother, I hoped he was safe too. I hadn't seen him for a couple of years and according to my aunt he was doing great and that he was occasionally checking up on my father but if he was, my father wouldn't have got to the state he was in. I looked at the watch on my wrist and back up to the screen for Delayed Planes. It was still forty five minutes until his plane was sure to arrive, so I ruffled Seomin's hair and smiled down at her.

"You must be hungry, do you want to get something to eat?" I asked while watching her black and pink creepers kick the air slowly.

Seomin nodded her head and loosened the grip on my arm. I guided her out of the departure area and into the food store section. We sat down on some stools at a mini sushi bar. I ordered two California rolls and a bubble tea but she just ordered the sushi platter for one with a water. I watched as she separated the chopsticks and shoved one in her mouth. Her eyes grew dark every time she ate one, taking a sip of water afterwards to wash it down. I grabbed the salmon roll first and switched it with her tuna roll. She smiled at me and ate it straight away.

"I know you don't like tuna and salmon California rolls are your favorite." I smiled at her assuringly before she pulled me into a playful hug.

"Gamsa!" She laughed.

I ruffled her hair at her informal response and shook my head. That was the first thing I had heard her say all morning. Last night I had heard her talking on the phone to someone but it didn't sound like she was talking to Jongmin Hyung. When she spoke it was hoarse and stiffened like she was holding back tears. She was obviously good at either hiding she wasn't crying or holding back tears because there were no signs of crying. Her eyes weren't puffy, just a little drooped giving the impression she hadn't got much sleep. Before I could ask her what was wrong, she removed the straw from her mouth and spoke.

"I know you went out really late last week..." she looked down at her water and swished the iced shards around, not daring to look up, " I know you have been up every night." I gulped down the bubble tea and bit down on one of the bubbles in my mouth, staying speechless as if to ask her to carry on, "you're so nice to her. And I think you're pulling yourself into something you shouldn't be in. So can you stay away from her." She said, making it sound more like a demand rather than a question.

"You can't tell Jongmin about her." I demand her while fear filled the brim of my eyes, hesitating to fall.

She looked up from her drink and pushed the nowhere near finished platter to the side to stand up, ready to walk away.

"I'll tell him if you carry on speaking to Anayese."
