They stare at me, probably gauging how I haven't tried to run away from Lay. "Can we please have breakfast now? She hasn't been properly eating, I could feel it. I'm sure she needs to eat, plus she needs her body to balance out," Lay says, motioning for me to walk in front of him as he offers the seat in between him and D.O. I slowly sit down, looking at my hands in my lap.

Everyone slowly goes back to their seats, Suho unenthusiastically calling for our meal to be served. The maid sets a tray of hot pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon in front of me, quickly moving away from me. I sigh, staring at the food. Chanyeol slowly gets conversation running among the others at the table, and I continue staring at the cooling food.

Not hungry?

My eyes widen as a dull throb returns to my head, but I don't say anything. His voice is softer now, it doesn't hurt as much.

Yea, sorry about the first time around,...I didn't mean to hurt you. I haven't been in contact with anyone in a while, so I'm still a bit rusty.

Where are you? Can you call for help?!

Well, dear Moon, I wish. I do wish I could call for help and get you out, but I'm also a prisoner here.

They kidnapped you too?

...I guess you could say that.

What's that supposed to mean?

What I said.

His tone shifted to that of a more closed off one, or more say his aura. It grew colder, obviously I'm not meant to pry at that.

Bingo.

You know, you would think that if I'm leaving your business alone, you could stop reading my thoughts.

You could always ask nicely for me to stop.

Do you mind not reading my thoughts?

Yes.

Oh what the fuck.

Um wow, language lady.

You're the one in my head, get used to it.
