Chapter 8

I was now five months pregnant with Bill's children. He has been keeping an eye on me to make sure nothing happens to me but he said he had to go feed. He hasn't eaten in a few weeks. I didn't bother asking what he ate because in all honesty I did not want to know. I mean he was part vampire but he was also part angel. I was so into my thoughts that I didn't hear someone come in. I disregarded my thoughts and grabbed my bowl of fruit. Just as I turned around my eyes widened and the bowl slipped from my hands as I saw a guy who reminded me of Bill face wise but other than that he didn't look anything like Bill.
"So you are the reason my brother has flown so far away from home?" The guy said with a chuckle.
"W-what are you t-talking about?" I asked nervously as I shook in fear.
This guy who was he? I thought.
"I'm Bill's older twin brother Tom." the guy said with a smirk.
"But h-how did you?" I asked nervously unable to form a proper sentence.
The guy just chuckled.
"Foolish human. I can read minds. I know what you're thinking. After all it's one of my many special gifts." Tom said
"B-but I thought vampires and other creatures only h-have o-one gift." I said nervously.
"True most do but you see Bill and I we're of Royal Blood that means we have more than one special gift." Tom said with a chuckle.
Tom then stopped chuckling and sniffed the air.
"That scent. It can't be?! Is he that dumb?!" Next thing I knew Tom had a tight grip around my neck. I wrapped my hands around it trying to get free.
"So, I see he marked you. He's even dumber than I thought! He could have any creature he wanted and he chooses a lowly human like you. I see he also got you pregnant. I can't believe my brother would stoop so low." Tom said and tightened his grip on my neck. I couldn't breathe.
"Tom!" I heard an all too familiar voice say.
"Ah brother so nice of you to join us." Tom said with a smirk.
"Let her go!" Bill yelled. I could hear the anger in his voice.
Tom then turned around so he was facing Bill but he still had a grip on my neck. Luckily he loosened it a bit but not by much.
"Why? Why have you resorted so low. Our parents are worried and here you are playing with a human." Tom said.
"Who said I was playing?" Bill yelled in anger.
"Oh please you can't possibly be in love with this pathetic human. What makes her so special? If you ask me humans are only good for one thing....draining blood." Tom said and licked my face with his tongue.
I was really grossed out right now.
"B-Bill." I said.
"That's Prince Bill to you human!" Tom yelled in anger and bared his fangs.
"Tom please don't. Don't harm her!" Bill yelled.
"She's nothing but a filthy human!" Tom yelled and next thing I knew I felt a pain in my shoulder. He bit me!
"NO!" Bill yelled and tackled Tom releasing his grip from my neck and I tried to catch my breath. I slid to the corner of the room in fear as I watched Bill and his brother fight. When would this pain end?
