Mark turned the dial on the radio to turn it down.

"How you feelin' buddy?" he asked, not taking his eyes off the road.

"Surprising well," Jack replied. "It's probably the sun doing it's work."

"We can hope." Jack turned his head to look out the window. The sun was going down, but it was still up a little bit so you couldn't stare directly at the sunset without frying your eyeballs. He turned his head back to stare at the oncoming cars through the windshield. Leaning his head back, he rested it on the head rest and closed his eyes, drifting off into a quiet sleep.

"I've honestly got the most adorable best friend," Mark whispered, glancing at Jack's sleeping form before turning his eyes back to the road. He drove down the road, swiftly passing a slow Minivan that he had been following since the airport. He settled back into an even 40, five above the speed limit. The Minivan passed him, then slowed down. Mark passed the Minivan, annoyed. The Minivan passed him.

"You've got to be fookin' kidding me," Jack grumbled, leaning forward.

"This is getting annoying," Mark said, adjusting himself in the seat.

"They're turning," Jack said, also adjusting himself.

"Good," Mark said, then groaned.

"You good?"

"No. We're turning too."

"OH FOR FOOK'S SAKE!" Mark started laughing, but quickly composed himself so he could keep on the road.

"Go back to sleep, buddy. We're almost home anyway."
