Lily's POV

I woke up to my phone going off. I groaned but picked it up. The glow was illuminating my dark room and it stung my eyes as I looked at it. I grimaced not wanting to see who's calling from the screen being to bright but answering it anyways.

"Yes?"

"Flower!" Flynn exclaims being too perky for this time of night.

"Flynn why are you calling me so late?" I ask yawning a bit in between words.

"Guess what?" He starts.

"I'm too tired for trying right now," I admit letting my eyes droop shut.

"Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail is playing at the theaters in an hour and I know it's your favorite movie so I wanted to know if you'd like to see it with me," he states and my mood shifts to tired and excited.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier?" I ask getting off of my bed, "where are you I'll pick you up."

"I'm almost at the theater just meet me here when you're ready," he insists right before hanging up.

I go straight to my closet. I know I'm going to a movie theater but I want to look good. I check the weather before grabbing a crop top. It's kind of cold out still so I grab high waisted jeans and put those on.

I brush my hair and leave it wavy too lazy to do anything with it. I grab my bag and walk out of my room quietly. I don't want to wake up my mom. She's had a long week. She honestly wouldn't mind me leaving but I seriously don't want to wake her up. I'll leave a note.

I put the note by the coffee maker and leave the house. It's warmer than I thought but the high waisted jeans were a good idea. I get in my car and turn up the radio. Tonight is going to be great.

It takes me twenty minutes to get to the theater. I hope Flynn isn't cold waiting outside for me. Oh god I hope he isn't waiting outside for me! I park the car and fast walk to the entrance as fast as I can to make sure Flynn's not being a dummy. I swear he just wants to get sick.

When I get to the entrance I quickly look around to make sure Flynn isn't outside but nope he is. I shake my head and walk over to the blue haired boy sitting on the sidewalk. He looks like an giant with his knees pressed to his chest. I stealthy plop down near him to try and sneak up on him to see he's on the phone.

"Yup waiting for her now," he tells the person on the phone. I can't really see it but a blush seems to appear on his face before he says, "shut up, Athena no need to remind me of my silly crush."

My breathing hitches. I shouldn't be listening. Quickly, I get up and walk back down the parking lot. God how embarrassing would it be if he thought I heard and I assumed and.... ugh! Life is embarrassing. I walk around a couple of cars and back to the entrance by an angle I know Flynn will see me. No one needs to be embarrassed tonight. Tonight's supposed to be a good night. I can't ruin that.

I walk in view and he stands up giving me his famous smile. I watch as he hangs up the phone and walks closer to meet up with me. Once he gets to me he slings his arms around my waist and pulls me closer giving me a big hug. I hug him back and engulf myself in the smell of mint and his stupid good smelling cologne I'm obsessed with.

"Are you smelling me?" He asks with a smirk and I pull away blushing.

"Oh fight me," I mumble walking away from him and into the movie theater.
