Matt's POV

I stood in front of the cheerleaders team picture in the sports gallery. "Then she got all pissed at me." I heard Zak say as he approached me.

"I wonder why." Logan said sarcastically. "I do too!" Zak said laughing.

"Who'd you screw now?" I asked still looking at Carly in the cheerleaders team picture. This was when everything was perfect, I thought. We were still together.

"Sofia Brown." Zak said proudly. "Her? Isn't she the girl that has boobs the size of the universe?" I said jokingly but Zak took it the wrong way and started to lecture me. "Just zone him out." Vance whispered to me.

"Way ahead of you." I whispered back just before Carly yelled out 'hey' to us. Logan and Zak stopped talking and turned around to wave back to her. Leaving me and Vance just standing there whispering.

"Hello?"

"Hey, me and Lorenzo are going out later and I was wondering if you wanted to come?"

"Ummm yea sure. What time?" "Around 3:45"

"Alright. See you then."

"What'd she say?" Zak asked me. It was 1:47 pm and Carly asked me if I wanted to come out with her and her fake 'boyfriend'. Something might be up.

"She asked me if I wanted to come with her and ugh," I said while rolling my eyes "Lorenzo and I said yes." I replied.

"Alright, well tell me how it goes when it's over." Zak yells as I got my stuff ready to go home.

"Hey Matt!" Carly greeted me as I got out of my car.

"Hey Carls." I greeted back "Lorenzo." I said while doing a nod/greeting and he gave me one back.

"So, what're we going to go today?" I asked staring at Lorenzo and also wanting to know the plans for today "ummmm.... Since we're at the mall we might as well just shop for a little and then go have dinner or to the movies." Lorenzo replied staring back at me.

"Shall we go inside and start shopping?" Carly suggested while noticing that me and Lorenzo was acting weird and staring at each other like we were going to poke each others eyes out.

"Yea, I don't see why not." I said still eyeing Lorenzo.

We got in the mall and headed start to Hollister, American Eagle, and all those stores. I started walking behind Carly and Lorenzo and saw that they were holding hands.

If only we didn't get into that crash Carly, I thought to myself. Then we'd still be together and everything would be perfect. Or if only she just wore her seatbelt we might still be together. Wait, no Matt, don't blame her. Am I really have this conversation in my head?

I saw Lorenzo whisper something to Carly and she started laughing like how me and her would be when we would go places and have a great time.

"So Matt," Carly said trying to not make me feel left out "where do you wanna go?"

To hell, I thought "You know I might just go to Starbuck's. I'm a little thirsty." "Oh, yea. Sure. Where do you want to mee-" she started to say but got interrupted by a girl's voice.

"Matt!" I heard someone's voice but I didn't recognize it. I looked around for a familiar face but didn't see any.

I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around seeing a familiar face.

Ah, shit. Not her, out of every other girl in this mall, it's her?

"Kristy?" I said very, very surprised and noticed Lorenzo's eyes went wide.
