The Unexpected Happens

Chapter 10

Scooter's P.O.V

I finally saw Justin head down the stairs with his eyes pointing at Henry... He looked pretty worried...

"What took you so long Justin?" I asked him while crossing my arms

"Oh... Um... Nothing, I just, um..." Justin said hesitantly...

Henry suddenly starred at Justin with anger in his eyes...

I saw Justin gulp, as Henry kept on starring at him.

I knew Justin was probably about to explode inside, so I decided to break the silence, and change the subject...

"So... Uh, Justin..!" Justin then glanced at me

"It's, uh... getting pretty late, so um... Let's get going" I said trying to not sound too weird.

Justin than gave me a thumbs-up, and we headed out the door.

Henry's eyes kept on following Justin's movements until the moment we finally closed the front door.

~In the Car~

"So, um... Scooter?" Justin asked kind of nervously

"Yeah?" I answered not taking my eyes off the road

"So, uh... Are you ever going to hang out with Henry again?" He asked kind of nervous.

I gave him a slight confused look...

"Why would you care about that? As far as I know, Henry and you don't exactly... um..." I said hesitantly

Justin then furrowed an eyebrow giving me a confused look

"You and Henry, um... You guys don't exactly get along so well..." I finally said.

I heard Justin sigh heavily

Justin's P.O.V

"What's wrong?" I heard Scooter ask

"Well... It's just that... uh..." I said in a 'shaky' voice

Scooter raised an eyebrow looking at me through the driver's mirror

"How am I going to tell him that I like Jenny?!" Man... I wish I could spend some more time with her, and get to know her better... But her dad... Ugh! He hates me!" I thought to myself as I sighed

"Something bothering you?" Scooter asked

"Well... You see..." I said nervously once again

"I...I-I..." "C'mon Justin! Spit it out!" My conscious said to me

"I-I...................... I like Jenny!" I said in somewhat a louder tone

Scooter jumped a little bit while parking the car in the hotel lot.

"You like........ Jenny?" Scooter asked plainly

"Y-yeah..." I said nervously

Scooter just then turned off the Range Rover and got out the car...

I just sighed...

Suddenly, the car door next to my seat opened, and spooked me

I jumped, and hit my head on the roof of the car

"Shit..." I said as I rubbed my head

"You coming?" I heard Scooter say

"Well, I'm kind of busy bleeding here" I said still rubbing my head

"Come on Justin..." We can keep on talking when we get to our room

"Ok..." I said while getting out of the black Range Rover

I shut the car door behind me, and then Scooter and I headed into the hotel...
