Appetite Suppressants

     If you are really truly hungry, you should eat something. But if you're just uncomfortable and/or feeling empty, you can use an appetite suppressant to ward off the desire to eat. My personal favorite appetite suppressants are peppermint and caffeine, but here's a list;
- Apples
- Eggs
- Almonds
- Water
- Peppermint
- Caffeine (Coffee, Green Tea)
-Water
- Ginger
- Sweet Potatoes 
- Cinnamon
- Dark Chocolate

     Don't over do it with these foods. You can still eat lots of calories by eating these. Also, notice how I did not include diet soda in my caffeine list. This is simply because soda, even diet, should not be apart of eating healthily except as a rare treat.
