     If you're trying to lose weight, and you love sandwiches, I've got just a pretty universal hack. Instead of a typical sandwich, eat a deconstructed sandwich. This means you toast one piece of bread, and add your ingredients as you eat by heaping them into the toast. You can even do it with sandwiches like PB 'n' J, by mixing peanut butter and jelly together in a bowl to dip your toast in. Doing this not only reduces calories by removing a piece of bread, but also makes you eat more slowly.
