When you're going to be working out, make sure you think about a few things. Remember what you want to change/maintain, what you will be doing before and after working out, and (above all) what workouts you actually enjoy doing. The reason for the change and/or maintain thought is that having a clear goal (or goals) in mind helps you to pick exercises and stay motivated to workout. You also want to make sure you properly prepare your beautiful body for workouts and that you allow it to repair itself afterwords. Lastly, if you truly hate the exercises you're trying to do, you aren't going to skink to your workout plan. To get any of the benefits of working out, you need to do it consistently (4-7 times per week) or you will lose progress you make between sessions.
