Chapter 9: Did he just?

It was a normal day on the bridge that was close to being completed. Just a few more days and it would be done. They had zero worries. Zabuza was sparring with Naruto on the bridge with their respective swords, and Zabuza was losing. Anko and Haku just watched in amusement a couple yards back.

"Damn brat, I know I didn't teach you that much. How the hell did you-" he was cut off by a swipe to his head. "Get so good?" He said struggling under the weight as their swords clashed.

"Well, to be honest, I had help from other people." Naruto sidestepped the incoming blow and he kicked Zabuza's feet from under him. "Like Kisame. Plus, I learned a hella lot of styles."

"Kisame? As in the Tailless beast Kisame?" Zabuza asked in a shocked tone as Naruto's blade touched the tip of his neck. Naruto nodded with an eye smile.

"I call him fishy. He was nice. So were the others..." He trailed off and helped Zabuza up. They heard sarcastic clapping coming from behind him.

"Zabuza, you betrayed me?" A thick voice asked. Naruto turned around to see a midget with around 300 hundred thugs behind him, all carrying weapons while the man had a cane.

"What does it look like Gato? I can't fight this kid. Even if I could I wouldn't. Haku would never forgive me." Haku blushed a little. Zabuza never showed affection to her, and for him to consider her feelings felt good.

"Okay men, kill the men. Then, you can take the women and make them...Your playthings. But I want the purple haired girl. She'll be my bitch." Gato said smugly with a dick grin on his face. Naruto was looking at the ground, his fist shaking.

"I will kill, every single last one of you by myself." Naruto said bringing out his sword. He slowly walked in front of the others and started channeling wind chakra to his sword.

"Gato, I will take everything that you find precious. And you only have 2 things that are precious to you. Money, and your life. And after I kill you, I will give your money to wave." Gato scoffed.

"Like a brat like you could do that." Naruto stared into Gato's eyes, his Rinnegan blaring.

"You hired the 'Demon Hidden in the Mist'. But today, I will show you a real demon." He yelled before raising his sword. "Wind Style: Blade of Wind Jutsu!" Naruto yelled before slicing the air. Nothing happened. Yet.

Gato started laughing. "Is that all you got? You're pathetic you-" he was cut off as his head fell off his body, along with every other thug that was on the bridge.

"You weren't even worth the chakra." Naruto said before turning around, seeing the shocked faces of the three present. "What?" He asked as if he didn't kill 301 men in a single second with nothing but a movement to his sword.

"You just, you um, what?" Zabuza asked dumbfounded.

"Did be just..." Anko whispered.

"Holy Shit." Haku said. Naruto's eyes widened. Haku never cussed unless something impressed her. Naruto blushed slightly.

"Sorry, did you guys want some action too?" He asked innocently. Anko walked up to Naruto and ruffled his hair, much to Haku's envy and Naruto's enjoyment.

"This is why you're my favorite boy in the world. And maybe first favorite person." Naruto's face grew even darker. Haku growled which earned a shocked face from Zabuza.

"Is little Haku jealous?" Zabuza teased as Haku's face lit up bright red.

"N-no Zabuza-sama." She stuttered out earning a large laugh from the tall man.

"Sure your not." Anko, hearing the entire conversation the two were having decided to but in.

"So you don't mind if I do this?" She quickly pecked Naruto on the mask where his lips were. Naruto grew bright red before fainting.

"Don't touch my Naruto-kun's lips!" Haku shouted as she made ice needles. Anko summoned her snakes.

"Your Naruto-kun? He's been mine from the start!" She yelled back, getting slightly red from what she said. Naruto started waking up to the two yelling before Zabuza broke it up.  Naruto sat up.

"I had a nice dream that Anko-chan kissed me." He said groggily. Zabuza snickered as Anko blushed up a storm.

"That wasn't a dream kid." Naruto grew red and fainted again.

1 Week Later

"Are you sure you can't come back to the village with us?" Naruto asked Zabuza and he just shook his head.

"I can't kid, I have my own village to take care of. Hopefully, we'll see each other again." Zabuza replied with a sincere smile on his face, but no one could see because of the bandages.  Naruto smiled sadly.

"You have a good reason sensei. Or should I say friend?" He chuckled. "I'll have my organization help you out. They should be set on fighting the war with you guys."

"What organization Naruto-kun?" Asked Haku. Naruto looked at her and eye smiled.

"The Akatsuki. I was their leader for about 3 years. They have been helping a lot." Zabuza's eye bulged.

"The Akatsuki? The group with S-Class criminals like Itachi Uchiha and Nagato?" Zabuza gaped.

"Yep. The same one. You know-" he was cut off by Sasuke.

"Itachi Uchiha? I demand you tell where he is dobe." Sasuke demanded. Naruto glared at Sasuke before releasing a heavy amount of KI.

"I will not. And no one will force me to." Sasuke backed down...For now.

"Well good bye guys. I'll see you sometime later."

The group camped out in the forest and Naruto was keeping watch. It was around 12 o'clock at night so he was trying to entertain himself before a figure came and sat down beside him.

"Hey Naru-kun." Anko whispered, trying not to wake the others up. Naruto smiled.

"Hi Anko-chan." He whispered back. They say in a comfortable silence for a couple minutes before Naruto broke it. "Did you kiss me just to get at Haku or did you kiss me because you wanted to?" He blurted out. Anko eyes widened slightly before she smiled lightly.

"I wanted to kiss you Naruto-kun. I don't know why." Naruto grinned under his mask before looking at at Anko to find her staring at him. Black eyes met bright blue. She slowly lifted her hand up and pulled his mask down. He had whiskers on each cheek which made him look even more cute in her eyes.

Naruto turned red seeing as this was the first time his mask had been off in a long while. Anko started leaning forward, and as if on instinct, Naruto did too. They each closed their eyes as their lips met. Anko wrapped her hands around his neck and deepened the kiss. He put his hands on her hips as they kissed silently, enjoying each other's warmth, hoping it could last forever.

So I decided there would be no other people in Naruto's life except Anko and Haku, the big harem will not exist. This is today's chapter and I honestly liked writing it. See you next time.
